  1. Hey so how was everyone's first day??!!
  2. Today went pretty darn well! I must admit that my lack of morning sugar rush left me slightly crankier than normal but I was able to power thru. 1. No caffeine or sugar withdrawl symptoms…yet (minus the slight crankiness) 2. Only 1 insane hunger pang right before lunch (I don't think I'm eating enough protein) 3. Completed 1 circuit of the BBW and thought I was going to collapse (very much out of shape) 4. Enjoyed a peaceful commute home All in all, not a bad first day. I do need to post all my measurements so stay tuned for that! And in the words of Phoenix Burning, I'm going to take a mulligan and really get 8 hours of sleep tonight.
  3. Sooooo tomorrow morning is supposed to be my first workout which, according to my goals, means i should get 8 hours of sleep tonight. If I fall asleep in the next 5 seconds, I'll only get 5 hours…lol! I'm failing already! Noooo….say it ain't so!

  6. Ultrarunning?! Love the idea, but considering I can barely run a mile; the reality of that is pretty darn out of reach. SO kudos to you! Have a great challenge!

  9. Sounds like some very realistic and attainable goals! Love that you're into paddle boarding. It sounds like fun but there's not anywhere close to me that I can try it! HAve a great Day 1!
  10. It's okay to adjust your schedule/routine. I don't think it has to be set in stone. I don't believe anything is unrealistic if you want it bad enough. It just might take some time to get where you want to be. Keep pushing one day at a time. Hope you have a great Day 2!
