  3. Biggest issues for me? Just being consistent, so I will use these 4 weeks to work on this. I will only have 2 main goals 1. Go to the gym regularly and stick to the program I have a program, I like the program. Its heavy compound lifts and high volume accessories, simple, effective. I just need to stick to the program and not decide to change it up two weeks after starting it which is what I usually do. I already know my 1RM’s now, just as a curiosity thing, I’ll redo them at the end of the challenge, just to see how everything is going. Current 1RM DL: 405lbs Squat: 275lb BP: 215lbs Symmetric strength puts me at a 45.5 score with a 234 Wilks. 2. Eat the food that I prepped and watch myself if I go out. Sounds simple, right? Well it’s bloody supposed to be… ugh (though usually I feel like this) I’ll be tracking my program, posting pictures of good food and venting about how I want Taco Bell, but had something good for me instead. Side Quest This goes along with the consistency and Self Control theme of this challenge but is definitely not fitness related. I need to work on some financial stuff. Need to work on self-control when it comes to spending. Not entirely sure how to work on this, but it’s important that I start doing so, maybe read a book or something on it (scary). PS. I have a giant stack of unread comics I need to go through, don’t be surprised if I reference those a bunch while going through this challenge. PSS. i do Kickboxing and BJJ as well, don't be suprised to see me mention a bunch of that also.

  7. Hey Thanks! Haha I am actually writing this from the aiport. Things have been a little crazy, i had a nerd visit and then I went to see a nerd, and now I am going to CO to spend time with family and some more nerds. I have been doing good with the Muay Thai. I had my first few sparring session... Weight lifting was a bit rough for a while, I was sick with a stomache bug, and then with the visits and stuff I just didn't make it to the gym. I did go on saturday and picked up some stuff and put it down a bunch of times. My food has been mostly well. I meal prepped a ton, and finally started eating it to (you know instead of shoving down fast food down my throat) I think I am still on target to meat my weight goal. Anyways, plane is boarding.   10. Alright, haha i had planned to post so much more, but this week has already been a mess. I got my zumba and kickboxing in tuesday, a family emergency and a wedding prevented me from lifting wednesday, I got my kickboxing in thursday and friday and now I am sitting here with a very angry stomache and will not lift today as I am sure it would not be pretty. Alright, so plan for monday, is get my lift in. Also plan this weekend on getting a plan together to eat better. Food has been terrible, mainly because I am tired of the meals i prepped, so i have to work on something there. Since you asked so kindly, basically meal prep is going to have to be the name of the game. I didn't know you could make salads in mason jars, so I am going to try that out. Also going to cook up a few meals to spread through out the week. Details? I don't know... shit I still have work on that.
  11. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO First day of the challenge, i will just say where I am for now. Weight 270lbs Working weights in lbs are: squat = 205lbs; BP= 190lbs; DL=295; OHP=85; ROW=110 This means my goals are Weight 261lbs Working weights in lbs: squat= 340lbs; BP= 210lbs and time to buckle down and get shit down. today: Did SL 5x5 with Squats, Bench and Rows and because i ate like shit for lunch (btw did I mention I was raised by a drill seargent, I curse like a bloody sailor, def not a PG challenge thread), I did a quick circuit of 3rds of 20x20lb Medicine ball slams and 20x35lbs kettle bell swings. Tomorrow, Zumba in the AM and Kickboxing in the eve. Not eat like shit

  13. Its ironic, I didn't do it for so long because i thought i was to old to start doing any sort of combat thing, wish i would've not felt that way years ago.
