  1. Almost a year ago since I stopped training seriously. I really miss it, the training, but I just can't fit it in my schedule. I do want to go running tomorrow. I really do. One day I'll even stop making excusesp

      Realize that saying "I can't fit it into my schedule" really is just an excuse. There are plenty of people, myself included, with full time jobs, kids, families, and winter prep that still get their work in. If it isn't a priority then admit that. If it needs to be a priority then make it one.

      true. You are right. as I said It's my current excuse. The day I'll stop making those is the day I'll go in full swing. It's half swing until that moment

  4. After being busy with deadlines I took a week off from running, today I started again with workout 3.1. I think I might have done really well, but I won't know for sure untill MY DARN RUN IS SYNCED WITH THE WEBSITE....damn I'm really curious now:(

      Yaay results are in! I was faster! :o cheers all around! I ran 5.15km in 44 minutes in the third week of training, which is good for someone who has loathed running all her life:D

  5. Did run 2.3 yesterday. If I go for a run every other day I've caught up this week:P

  7. Week two.1 on the Zombie Run 5K app. I'm really enjoying this and I'm even refuse to skip when other people tell me I shouldn't go since it's too late on the evening. Yes I'm aware of the fact that it is thursday. I'll get to that^^'

  8. Zombie Run 1.3 Last workout of week one. I guess than means I'll have to plan one more run to keep up:D Went outside after dark today. I didn't feel like doing that, but I had a real awesome workout. I'll go out after dark more often^^

  9. how did I run 7km today with the zombie 5K app? Can that even be right or did the accellometer glitch out?:o workout 1.2 has been completed though :D

  10. Started the zobie 5K run running workout today. I'm in love with the story already:3 I even realy enjoy running like this :o

      I love it too but I never finished it (I can't run anymore ;;). It was fun to use to prep for my 1st zombie 5k obstacle course tho!

      oh 5k obstacle courses! I've read something about those. It's such a shame they don't really do those in the netherlands:/ I might enter on the discovery obstacle run when it comes around. less zoms though, possibly with vikings...hmmm...will still be fun^^

  13. I tied really hard not to snap at people really doing stupid things. things like screwing in broken light bulbs from the box labeled "Broken!!" for the sixth time. (I even had to write it on on both sides since someone kept turning the box around so that others could not read the text and used the bulbs AGAIN) It was a rough two days and I tried being very patient and giving compliments:')
  14. Oh right! Forgot about volunteering! I'm a girl scout guide It's really nice work to do so I usually don't conciser it as volunteering^^' We played hide and seek. I did some epic disappearance moves decided I was making it too hard for them (they are still young) and let them find me after a while. I'm not that cruelXD
  15. Hmmm, let's see. only small stuff I guess, Being a good team mate and such. I got someone a tea when he was to lazy (I mean hard working;)) to walk to the cafeteria and cleaned up after them also I shared candy:)

  19. Update "No worries" She said. "I'll do it tomorrow for sure" she said...two weeks ago. right. I know I messed up and in a way I'm still messing up. I've been planning this update for every day for the last two weeks now. Still I manage to push it ahead. I fear I'm on the verge of a will-breakdown. There is so much stress in school I'm just completely depleted when I get home (And then I have to continue working on homework and such) It's really strange because I want to do my workouts. I really do I even get all jittery when I don't, but I can't seem to get the timing right. Every time I stop working on school and want to start the workouts or other things I had planned, The clock tells me it's 1 am and I really have to sleep. I have a feeling this will not improve anytime soon since the project still lasts for another 5 weeks. I'll try to keep my promises as much as I can and stop blabbering now and write the actual update^^' Quest 1: The tracking is just worthless. In three weeks I've written down one entry. one! The rise and shine workout goes just fine, forgot it only like two or three times, which isn't much compared to the rest. The workout I've missed two already I guess. I can't be sure since I don't record propperly:/ Friday's are worse. I sometimes tried something on Saturday, but nothing to write home about I guess. As for the Sundays I guess I've never did those in these three weeks. So that's that, the bad news I guess. Quest 2: pretty well I guess. I guess I cheated once and I was really angry with myself about that haha. my cafeteria-going group takes it well too I guess. they somehow solemly nodd and leave to the snacks without me. victory to me there:) Quest 3: Drinking water is the easiest I guess. I still don't like bringing water to school, but I drink my three cups of water in front of the laptop quite often *takes a sip of cup #2* For the lifequest I decided to prolong the deadline to "end of the week" instead of saturday 1pm. It just doesn't work if I get out of bed at 11 every Sunday. I've finished about 2000 words last week (which is really a lot wow) I guess I might have overestimated myself a bit there. On the other hand I've never written down a word before Sunday I guess. I have 300 words for this week. that won't get much more I'm afraid. I'll keep trying though. Miniquest: I've entered all three miniquests and contributed some. yay me! I really enjoy miniquests and I try to contribute every day, but as you can guess I don't and often forget. I roughly contribute 2 or 3 times a week, still it's something. So that's that. I don't think i'll pass this challenge since we're halfway and I just can't do this. I'll give my best though. I really enjoy working out! I came to like running indoors. Like! I never liked running before!! Well that's about all i can tell at the moment. I might try to submit another update next week. who knows though:'P

  21. Did 2 already (one a day, resting every 30 seconds) I'll try three a day on different times of the day. Let's crush this!
  22. Yesterday was Sunday and so it was time for me to update....no update...I know. I'll write it tomorrow (suuure so she said many times, I will though no worries ) I was away on Sunday. However I have no excuse for not doing it today^^' Today I have tried out some presets of my digital notebook which I'll keep for the Sunday. I'll save the rest for the update tomorrow.

I believe it's one of the most important steps you can make, even if it's baby steps don't strain yourself too much;) (said the person who always aims too high and over-pushes herself as well^^') Oh and welcome to the assassins of course:D Good luck on your journey these six weeks!
  24. Yes Yes yes! new challenge here we go! couldn't compete in the second part last week due to some serious stomach pains:[ I'll be ready to double up the effort for that!!
