  3. Hey guys. Busy as all hell still. But I'm still getting my lifts in. Also got fatter over Christmas but I don't really care. But my PR on bench today at 275. Felt really really good, and I even think I could have hit 280 if I had done another set. Stick on first shift this week, the early hours workouts are bad for my Deadlift. I'm not aware enough to pull well. I can't get past 405 the last two days, which is horrible because last week I was easily pulling 455 every session. Ohp is stalled but I'm going to stay hitting it every day for a while again to kick it into high gear. Nothing else major to report, wishing I had more time to lift, as well as more time to do a lot of other things. Hope all is well with you guys. I plan on creeping around the threads to try and catch up on what's new with you all. Planning on making a holiday video soon that no one will watch, haha. Happy holidays, peace.   5. Hey guys, happy holidays. So because of my schedule I'm only lifting two or three days a week, but still making progress. Maintaining a 265 bench every session, as well as my 455 deadlift (which is no longer hitchy :3), and a 185 ohp. My ohp is stalling but I'm pretty sure that's due to the addition of bench. I also found out that the gym has my favorite machine, the lateral raise thingy. It's the one with the pads on your elbows, so all the tension is on the delts. I'm using that as a finisher. My work friend that got me in there is starting tomorrow, so that will be awesome. He asked to feel my pecs today which was funny. Today is my second boys sixth birthday so after work I have some baking to do. Trying to cut weight right now because my medication is making me bloated as fuck. When I take my socks off there is a huge ridge on my legs where the top of the sock was. It's gross. More to come! Sent from my N9520 using Tapatalk
