  1. today from work home (6km) again beat personal record, this time with 53s, still 8 minutes from that walking

  2. How I felt after what? that saturday little too much over whole day or at sunday after finishing chalenge? well in first case I was little worn off but not much, just like after shift in work and thinking ''that should do it'' and in case of second I just exhaled in relief and saying to myself that I can be little lazy at monday. btw, I got rid of nearly 2kg during that week but the mass of fat is not disapearing equally. I mean, waist is disapearing nicely but the butt.... it is just the same.
  3. So, now it is 3 hours before midnight and I have finaly reached the mark of 60 minutes. And to malcontent, I think it was almost nothing compared to those right seeries with minute pauses between them instead those big times I had. btw. 18x6=108 not 102
  4. Well as I guessed day before yestrday, friday was nothing and saturday was making up for it, making short ones every 20 minutes for few hours, totaling at 20 minutes on elbows + 18x 6 push ups during today. so I have do at least 7 minutes during sunday if I want to manage the challenge
  5. I carryed on only with 8 minutes today, making it on 33 so far and tomorow does not seem like day to have time for this so I guess on saturday I will have to make it up so I would be able to finish on sunday
  6. So today I had day off from work, which will be taken care of in taking sunday shift instead so I used that time to do a little over whole day, making it dozen minutes in 20 parts, making total so far on 25min
  7. so.... at morning I managed on 10 of those half minutes and now after work and jog/walk 6km to home another 10 half minutes making it 10 minutes today and 13 so far, only clasic with whole forearms on floor.

Well original tittle claims 10-14 so Monday to Friday Anyway my monday came little bit worse than planned, I slept in so from waking up to 'in bus to work' in ten minutes flat to spend 10 hours there. Now back at home I got into it 2x 30sec standart plank 1L 1R 15sec side plank 2x 30sec standart plank 1x 30sec reverse plank I hope that tomorow I will manage to wake up sooner and do part before work and not only after it.
  9. I guess that I could try it, any limits on during what time perriod it may be done and how many times I may try a day so I would be forced to do longer instead of tons of times of short ones?
  10. After some stagnation, made myself go from work to home without bus. 6km 50 minutes. that is 10 minutes better than month ago

  11. Found out that people in Natur house know even less than I thought based on what I heard about them. The calimed in 2 measurments which were taken one minute from each other that I have 38% and then 20% of fat. Serriously I have no idea what to think of them. Still at least I did not have to pay for anything since they have not provided with any real usefull information

  12. Today I learned that trying to walk a marathon without training is as bad idea as atemptiong so in high humidity of omnipresent mist. first half was in 3 hours, another 5km took whole hour so I went to bus at home after 26km.

      26km is still a very good effort. You will be ready for the next one.

  13. I feel kind a repetitive for writing thuth of I am Czech and I am from Kladno, but now I live in Pchery
  14. Managed to realise that my hamstring are in poor shape, thanks to day one from that 30 day program for starting yoga mentioned in http://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/2012/04/02/why-yoga/ . Anyway has to go to work.

  15. Hello I feel like this will be skipped by many and seen as ''another new one introducing himself'' but I suppose this is writen by pretty much everyone who went to this seriously. I got first contact with nerdfitness via 9gag at september 2013 where I was killing my free time during my feeling low due to fact how job hunting went. I said to myself that if I manage to do something thanks to what I find here then I will open to comunity as well. By fact that you see me writing then you can say that I managed something. It is geting real job, eventhough it is minimum vage it is giving some kind or order to my life which helped me to start walking way more and because I do not spend all the time at home I do not keep on taking snacks all the time which helped me to lost first 7 kg so far. Now I have 98 kg,183cm and planing to keep droping to at least 80 with gaining muscles and stamina overaly because I think that it should be help me boost my coinfidence and then even geting a better job becase my poor body condition was main reason why I have not managed to get to local police. Well I think that I manage to carry on with kind a good results and who knows, maybe managing more thank walking 6KPH on long walks as I can do now with how poor is my running and manage to bulk up my arms enought to even manage to do pull up and chin up instead of merely hanging there for few seconds.
