  1. So today was the day. I wanted to do something for the mini-challenge in the group so I made pullups and explosive pushups. I was able to do 5 pull-ups in a row ! Only once, but I was able to!! HURRAY.
  2. I really wanted to do something for the mini-challenge, so I've done pullups and explosive pushups. So: 13.5 pullups at 169.3lbs/2 = 1142 lbs 35 explosive pushups at 169.3lbs/2 = 2962 lbs 4104 lbs in total
  3. Oh ! Didn't saw the update, cool No, once every two days. I just said that because the stuff I made yesterday doesn't count
  4. "Damn rocks, they can't be sliced..." - Tipwel said to himself. He then put his axe and shield somewhere and started lifting rocks with the party. "We should make a chain or something guys. In a moment we won't have any room to put the rocks away." - He said. "Lets all work together!" ----- Are pushups working Teros, or any bodyweight stuff ? Timing is so bad for me, haha. I've done my stength workout yesterday

  8. So today I wanted something different! I changed my normal pushups for explosive pushups. That was, well, explosive! In fact, that was pretty cool to do. I'm also going to the gym from now on. I've a nice gym at work and it's totally free to go so... why not using it! I'll probably switch my training too. Since I'll have access to a lot of equipment, that'll be easier to do big stuff like deadlift. I took a picture of me tonight too. I'm starting to see some "forms" (after 2 months), that made me happy
  9. Feb 28th FOODS Lunch: Sausages and vegetables Dinner: Went to the restaurant with my GF. Fancy burger with french fries Desserts: banana & cantaloup Drinks: Water Other Crap: Went to cinema with after the dinner and ate lots of popcorn. TRAINING 20 minutes of running BONUS 10 minutes of meditation
  10. The hardest part is to just cheat a little... I really need to never go back to my old habits...

Feb 27th FOODS Lunch: Chicken with mashed potatoes and carrots Dinner: Italian saussages with vegetables Desserts: strawberry & banana Drinks: Water TRAINING 3 sets of 17 pushups 15 squats (+25lbs) 3.5 pull-ups (It's going up ! ) 25 knee step up 11 hanging knee tuck 45sec jumping jacks BONUS 11 minutes of meditation GEEK STUFF Diablo 3 patch 2.0.1 was up tomorrow. It'll be REALLY hard to go to bed at 11 now...
  12. Nutrition is starting to be pretty hard. After almost 2 months. I have RAGES to eat crappy food... SO MUCH. Damn, that's not easy! EDIT : HURRAY ! 3.5 pull-ups tonight ! Happy Jeff is happy !

  16. Feb 26th That was not a great day... After work I had to go to meet a guy for buying a new house. After than I had friends comming at my place for a D&D game and it lasted until 10:20 pm. I had to do my lunch for tomorrow after than so I had 10 minutes for "workout" before staying to my plan to go to sleep at 11.... FOODS Lunch: Saussages with a salad with carrots and mushrooms Dinner: Went to restaurant and ate fried chicken with french fries (cheat meal of the week!) Desserts: strawberry and banana, 1 little piece of chocolate for dinner Drinks: Water TRAINING 10 minutes of running. That was the time I had before forcing myself to go to bed. Bleh...
  17. Real life is SO overated! Just kidding guys I'm sure everyone understand this and we all have real life stuff to do!
  18. Well, it's going pretty well. I put some "waves sound", start the fan in my room and close my eyes. I focus on the sound and it's exactly if I was near the ocean without the odor ! haha It calms me a lot. Around 10 minutes for now is ok after the workout. In the past, I was doing this 1h per day. It's so good for the "inside"

Feb 25th FOODS Lunch: Beef skewers with bell pepper and an avocado/mango salad and a few chedar cubes Dinner: Pork ribbs and sweet potatoes (even if that was homemade, that was not super healthy...) Desserts: grape & banana Drinks: Water TRAINING 3 sets of 17 pushups 16 squats (+20lbs) 5 chin-ups 25sec sideplank (each side) 45sec jumping jacks BONUS 11 minutes of meditation
