  1. Tuesday I completed the Day 3 Fighter portion of the Foundation program. Yesterday was easier due to it only being stretches as Day 4. I am currently keeping my levels as Level 1 sets, which is usually 3 sets, with level three reps, which can vary each day for each exercise.
  2. (That title tho XD) I signed up with this website a couple years back. I found the concept intriguing and the articles insightful, but I never went along with any of the programs or suggested topics at the time due to how busy I was. I'd occasionally read the article sent to my email and really enjoyed that information. Then came along Rising Heroes ("Hello friend, I am here to kick your butt into high gear! Come along for the adventure!") To which I said "Why the hell not?" I'm starting this new year with not only trying to get fit, but to stay fit for the rest of my life. Being a receptionist at a desk over 40h a week for the past 6 months has already test my ability to stay healthy, with digestion problems and asthma hindering my every move. But I want to change that. So! without further ado, here we go: Yesterday, I completed Day 2 of Darebee.com foundation program. On Sunday I did Day 1. I skipped Monday because I was incredibly ill. I also started a physical journal to write down any notes I want to add or write down when I'm not near the internet.
