been studying so much havent thought about this site that much, but update I finally reached my goal of 300 pounds 65 pounds in 4-5 months. NOthing but hard work nothing but pure dedication. Nothing but metal and steel, and fresh air. Nothing but heart. I gave it my all. and now its time to get to 299 LETS ROCK LETS GO
