    I don't run but have high arches and have found NB the best support and cradle for my feet. I am sure wide is available now for order but I hate buying shoes online.     After some influence from reading @Wild Wolfand @Mr_Willes I am going old school. Simple challenge with actionable goals that I can assign points to and level up. I too am erasing all my previous levels and points and truly rebooting. Hopefully the Ranger Admissions board will let me after proving myself this challenge. 2017 was a tough year. My two new hips, quitting smoking, my mothers cancer, my dads stroke and afib issues, my husbands new job hunt, my step daughters Rebelion, and my in laws health issues are all in the past now. I have always been able to move forward and keep my chin up and look on the bright side but I do have to say it got a little dark and scary in my brain for a while but nothing I couldn't deal with. New Year and New Me! Did a lot of good things and I am most proud of consistently going to the gym. Building on that. Back to basics and my goal is to lose weight and build muscle. Goal 1. Go to the gym 6 days a week. Water aerobics classes, riding the bike, walking the track, doing more PT exercises, upper and lower body weight training. All are good, all count. Just do it! 6 pts a week Goal 2. Calories under 1700 daily with total carbs under 100 g per day. Log all into MFP. Stay at least 90% Paleo. Reading Mark's Keto reset right now so I reserve the right to change this eating goal weekly. 12 pts per week. 6 for logging and 6 for keeping calories and carbs where they need to be. Goal 3. Organization of papers and stuff. Spend 1 hour daily on file boxes in basement, shredding, organizing, and pitching. One day per week do a four hour overhaul on something. Closets, pantry, basement, garage, kitchen cabinets.........nothing is safe! 7 pts per week More to come but I want to get this posted for now. Hope everyone is ready for a wild ride!
