Great job with the gym sign up. I always feel it is such a struggle to just get in my car and get there ( it is only 4 miles from my house), but I feel so good afterwards. I just look forward to that.
macros tracking sucks. I am in the same boat as you. I do know from my experience it does work for me. Not only the macros but just looking at portion control. I eat healthy, just too much healthy. Keep that goal, we will get there!

Two miles walking, not fast but correctly, 2 rounds of arms one light with lots of reps and one heavy with short reps, and two rounds of 30 step ups ( look out @deftona my butt is coming for yours)

Just stopping by to say Hi and welcome back to the Rebellion!
i had both hips replaced last year ( one in Feb and one in July). Water aerobics and swimming were wonderful for recovery and strengthening while letting me get some flexibility. I too put on some weight and need to dial back on the portion size. I will follow your progress and look forward to see your results!
