I don't run but have high arches and have found NB the best support and cradle for my feet. I am sure wide is available now for order but I hate buying shoes online. I still like to go try them on. Thanks for sharing your routine. I so wish I had taken better care of my skin when I was younger. I have never had an acne issue, if anything my skin is dry. That said, it seems like I have a new wrinkle every week! I use plain old oil of Olay in the morning and then Roc anti-wrinkle cream in the evening. I don't wear a lot of makeup so I just use a plain face wash and then I do pamper myself once a week with a scrub and deep moisturizer.
