  1. I am a total n00b when it comes to workouts and exercise. I used to run cross-country in high school and hated every minute of it, so I know I'm not a runner. I'm looking for a workout that I can do without equipment, since right now I'm sort of stuck at home. Once I get my new set of wheels, I have access to the gym on my campus so I'll be able to do weights or whatever else. Essentially, I am overweight/out of shape and looking to trim a bit of fat while getting a bit fitter. So, any workout that will help cut fat (I'm already working on getting myself on the diet since I know that's an important part of it) and will ensure that I don't get winded walking upstairs anymore would be awesome! Thanks for any help!
  2. Hi! I'm a 20 year old college student in Texas. I've never had a very healthy lifestyle and have nooooo clue what I am doing when it comes to exercise! I want to build a workout that I enjoy (I abhor running so much), and curtail my bad eating habits. I like to think I am an extremely positive person, and I love chatting with others! So if you need someone to help you out after a bad day, or just your own personal cheerleader, I'm here to help! I enjoy horror stories, puzzles, video games, Magic the Gathering, music of most varieties, and comedy! Super excited to join the Rebellion~
  3. Wow, you have your goals in order! I really love your life goal. From time to time I have a really hard time talking to people, so I think the idea to talk to a person everyday will totally help you with that! Keep at it~
