As far as my uncomfortable thing, I'm going to meet up with an advisor about starting a fraternity tomorrow. Hoping to do some bench jumps, just have to quit talking myself out of them. Got a little caught up in my finals, but they're all done and I'm back!

Had my tea and my timer and just sat back, listened to some Christmas music, relaxed, and gave thanks. Feels good!
  6. Artemis, awesome! A new PR and a get together with friends, I'm jealous I did nothing last week. My wife had three ear infections (2 in one ear, one in the other), I have a sinus infection, and we had my brother over for two days.... Getting back on the horse today, though!

Next time, I'll see if stretching helps. Mixing the week's uncomfortable thing with today's just start: selling plasma! They call it donating, but they give me money for it, so....
  12. So, last night, I got in my just do it for yesterday! I've been thinking about starting a service fraternity that is associated with a sorority and a gender-blind frarority, and last night I spoke to some people about it. If my wife and I decide I don't have time to see it through, they might take it up Today, I've started the introduction on my 16-20 page paper on mining policies in the United States. It's gonna be a good day!
  13. I haven't done much with the team challenges either, they distract me. I try to do the mini's for our accountability group as small and easy (and not mandatory either haha!) Awesome first week!

  16. Damn Artemis, leaving me in the dust! lol One breakthrough last week, I used flaxseed as an egg substitute for the first time! Actually made s gluten free, vegan pumpkin pie. It was AWESOME! Got a mini for us this week! It's the Just Start mini. Every day that it's possible, find something you've been putting off and just start! Example: Today I started a 5-8 page paper about whether or not Pebble Mine will be good for Alaska that I've been putting off. Also, if you have ideas for minis or themes, let me know!
  17. I love entertaining, but I only have one bathroom for a reason haha. We also don't often have guests for the night, which can be nice. 2/3 for main part of quest 1/1 uncomfortable thing

  20. So, I did my uncomfortable thing for the week..... Hopefully I'll get an exciting one over the weekend, but today I did something that is always kind of nerve-wracking, even though it's a regular household thing: I cleaned the toilet. I'm OCD, with my main issue being toilet related germs. Logically: I know that I won't get cholera from cleaning the toilet, nor will I get incredibly sick from stepping in a urine puddle in the bathroom and not cleaning my shoes, but it gives me such dread that it's easier to avoid..... Yes, I will wash my shoes in a public restroom, that's how bad it gets. So, as embarrassing as it is, I'm counting this one and going to try something cooler over the next few days.
