  3. I WAS haha! I have to do some rearranging due to a move and a midterm, so on Saturday I did 60 minutes of studying on my Policy class instead of doing all three classes. I'll do that today as well, since my midterm is tomorrow. Then tomorrow, I'll do an extra ten minutes of my other two classes, then back to normal for studying on Thursday. Didn't go to a school function last week to pack, but it's homecoming week so I'll make it up. I -did- get my two more bad eating days in, which may not be a good thing.... Also got my last wall plank in. Forgot my NF password, so I finally got on this morning . I'll be back later to grade last week and update this one.

  11. The thing that helped me was just not going for seconds (i used to do fourths and fifths), and now I usually can't fit anymore. Glad you're well! Hopefully the family follows suit quickly. You're doing awesome!!
  12. We went to a vegan place nearby, it was pretty good! Not gonna lie, that stuff got done because I didn't want to do the dishes.....

  18. Maybe working out will help, but what's your pre-run warm-up? That usually makes the difference for me, it's easy to do too little. Great job pushing it!

  20. Sorry guys! I posted half-hungover while on the phone with my wife, since her summer job an hour and a half away turned to full time. Welcome Nol! Glad to have you! AWESOME that you felt so good in your class! Feowyn, I think we've all done that at some point haha! I think you and Z should really hook up in the "start doing" department, you guys would do so well Artemis, feeling any better? Sick hurts progress, for sure. Just remember: for consistency, start small! 5 minutes a day changes lives! Love pants related breakthroughs, Lin! Here's to needing new ones to hike in! Glad to see all the catching up! I'm really enjoying learning more about my team and how we can grow together!
