  1. Aww crud, meant to upload my actions last night after working out. I don't have the full character sheet in front of me so I will use what I posted to get something together. I plan to have it up sometime around lunch time. Edit: Aww sweet! Love how I felt the need to post literally everything on my character! One thing I did forget about is my familiar [Order of the Stick with V's raven is what I imagine happening]. 8-10 turns definitely seems like a lot; Initial plan 1 - Mage armor, wade into melee range 2- Turn Undead, Move to another group 3- Turn Undead, Move to another group 4- Turn Undead, Move to another group/retreat to better position with Flo, Bacon, and Elora 5- Crossbow if out of Melee, Turn Undead if surrounded, Quaterstaff if 3 or less zombies around rinse repeat for remaining. I imagine Thurindor will be pretty useless after this fight from wounds as well as just exhaustion from back to back spell casting [book nerd never did learn to battle against hordes of enemies at a time, training was usually one target with plenty of rest in between.
  2. Thurindor quickly catches up to Bronan as he started moving away from the carnage of broken bones around him. He then talks non-chalantly to him along with the rest of the party: I want that man alive. He certainly seems to have some dark knowledge on the cycle of life; if we attempt to kill him he may have enough dark power to raise himself elsewhere if he has prepared for his eventual death, whether or not it comes expected. We need to understand his power if we hope to truly defeat him. The ring of robed men was a sacrificial ritual of some sort. I am not familiar with what they hoped to accomplish with that, or if it even worked at all. Considering the length he is willing to go to accomplish his goals though, this is not a person I would trifle with. As the group moves on and comes past the 5 unmarked graves, Thurindor spits on the ground with his face contorted in disgust. No doubt they mean to shake our courage. If this is all they can muster, we may not have that much to fear. As the vision grips Thurindor's body and mind, old lessons from his school days race through his mind as he sees the lay of the land and attempts to recall the the significance of the area. The champions face isn't clear enough to set a name to him, but the list of heroes of the battle granted nobility afterward flash before his eyes as if the text of a book were in front of him. As the vision releases Thurindor, he finishes his process of analysis of the local area and the vision: Did you all have a vision of a battlefield, with a champion bidding you forward? That battle was not fought here, even given the geographical changes of the past with respect to time. That may have merely been an illusion to through us off, or to press us ever onward. I recommend extreme caution in our progress forward.
  3. Thurindor has a passing intrigue of the ritual as well and wonders if it was made for arcane reasoning, but does not wander off to the site if the group continues heading forward. Knowledge (Arcane): 23 (16 rolled +7) Depending on what he learns, he will keep the information he gleans to himself. The vision and the statue provide some history as well that Thurindor racks his brain against trying to relate the history and location to a specific event. Knowledge (Geography): 10 (3 rolled +7) Knowledge (History): 22 (15 rolled +7) Knowledge (Nobles): 26 (19 rolled +7) [Assuming nobility was involved with the event, what nobles where involved, what started the conflict, who the vision was centered on] What information he is able to remember he will pass along to the party along with the text, if he is able to read it (Common, Sylvan, Draconic, Elvin, or Goblin)
  4. How did you go about making the shield, HelloSweetie? I am planning on doing a Captain America cosplay for DragonCon in Atlanta and your shield looks wonderful!
  5. Week 6 Summary Gym Workouts 3/3. Aerobic, 2/2; did sprints on Wednesday, suffered after the first 100 m and it went up from there. Although it was painful it was insightful as well. I am looking into re-evaluating how I want to progress my running style. Finances: I only have 400 put away in savings with another 400 waiting until next week (waiting for next pay before I transfer), so that is 800/1000 that I wanted and I will have a very low bill this month (about half my normal statement balance since I started this scheme of paying it off once per month as opposed to twice per month. After the 1000, I will start incrementally start purchasing my cosplay materials that I need and start working on it in preparation for DragonCon. This year will be Captain America for Marvel Universe day and Jafar for Disney villains day. Captain America is looking like it will be mostly bought items as opposed to crafted, so I am thinking I need to get the Jafar started sooner to allow for time required for the frustration that it may be. GRE: No progress. 6-Week summary, coming later.
  6. And all the other Girls, if you know what I mean
  7. My first post of combat is up; feedback greatly appreciated!
  8. Thurindor's eyes nearly pop out of his skull and his grin seems to go unnaturally from ear to ear. You hear heavy breathing emanating from him even though there has been no strenuous physical activity on his part. A wave of energy emits around him and covers a vast number of the skeletons and he yells, FLEE BEFORE ME AND BEGONE FROM MY SIGHT! I have dealings with your master! His ecstatic euphoria seems to quickly dissipate as the skeletons stood their ground, seemingly not able to comprehend the basic instructions given. Oh no, did it not work? Blast it all! Thurindor retreats from the oncoming melee and draws his crossbow, Perhaps I can take down their master before he esca...where did he go? Thurindor spends a few moments in hesistation, still searching for his target but settles on one of the skeletons and lets a bolt loose as the skeletons move in on Bronan. It seemed from the theatrics displayed earlier, as well as the bolt knocking a skeleton in the skull sending it off balance for a moment, a few had taken a keen interest in this would be savior. Thurindor begins to noticeably panic as he shakes trying to reload his crossbow; comeoncomeon.....FOCUS! Just as he readies to aim the shot, he looks up and sees the few that have given him attention just out of his reach. USELESS!! He drops the crossbow and the bolt shoots wildly off in the distance, the likelihood of recovering that bolt a shade to the left of slim to none. Reaching over his shoulder to draw his quarterstaff, Thurindor gives a great shout after he took a step back and swings fully around to apply as much momentum as he could muster through the staff. The strike was true and severed the skeleton in two. Thurindor stared at the dead bones on the ground before him and took too long analyzing what he had just done. The second skeleton that had come after him attempted to claw at Thurindor, but luck was on his side that second. As the right claw thrusted forward, Thurindor parried with his quarterstaff but was not able to move his staff fast enough to parry the other claw. The second claw was able to make contact with the Wizard's robes, and would have been much worse if he had not dodged by stepping his right foot back presenting a smaller profile of a target. Thurindor then focused himself again, spinning in the opposite direction he had for the first skeleton and screamed his second battle cry of the day. Thurindor missed the spinal column of the skeleton, by hitting it square in the side of the skull and sent if flying; where it landed he did not keep track of as he had more pressing matters to deal with. Where did that Necromancer go? What spell did he use to summon these creatures? I wonder if he has a spellbook I can....learn from; yes, learn is the proper term...
  9. Init: 26 (19 rolled + 7 [3 Dex, 4 improved initiative]) Attempt to Turn Undead (DC 10 will save negates); You can, as a standard action, use one of your uses of channel positive energy to cause all undead within 30 feet of you to flee, as if panicked. Undead receive a Will save to negate the effect. The DC for this Will save is equal to 10 + 1/2 your wizard level + your Charisma modifier. Undead that fail their save flee for 1 minute. Intelligent undead receive a new saving throw each round to end the effect. If you use channel energy in this way, it has no other effect (it does not heal or harm nearby creatures). [Normally a cleric specific feat; gained from Necromancy specialization] If more than half flee, Thurindor will attempt Turn Undead on the remainder that have stayed [assuming those skeletons left over have not been crushed to dust] If half or less flee, Thurindor will move away from the impending melee and attempt to harass the rival Necromancer with the following: If Necromancer is in close range (within 25 ft): Ray of Enfeeblement (DC 14 Fortitude Half): A coruscating ray springs from your hand. You must succeed on a ranged touch attack to strike a target. The subject takes a penalty to Strength equal to 1d6+1 per two caster levels (maximum 1d6+5). The subject's Strength score cannot drop below 1. A successful Fortitude save reduces this penalty by half. This penalty does not stack with itself. Apply the highest penalty instead. Otherwise Thurindor will pull out his crossbow and attack the Necromancer. If the skeletons attempt to get into melee, Thurindor will drop his crossbow and draw his quaterstaff cast Mage Armor defensively and start beating bones in. Concentration Check: 15 (11 rolled + 4) OOC-related; would my character, as a Necromancer, be able to identify the weaknesses of certain weapons in regards to the skeletons? I do not have Knowledge Religion and thus normally do not have access to knowledge of undead, but if Thurindor does know he would make sure to point out that some weapons are not as effective. IC-related: Would Thurindor have had time to identify the Necromancer as an Arcanist or, even better, a Wizard? Spellcraft is usually used to identify a spell being cast, and Thurindor would like to know if there is the potential for a spellbook as I assume this was a spell that caused the skeletons to rise. Perception: 18 Spellcraft: 15 Action: Identifying a spell as it is being cast requires no action, but you must be able to clearly see the spell as it is being cast, and this incurs the same penalties as a Perception skill check due to distance, poor conditions, and other factors. Task Spellcraft DC Identify a spell as it is being cast 15 + spell level moot point possibly, but I figured he would still attempt. Do you want me to also roll the Ranged Touch Attack and Strength damage for the Ray of Enfeeblement spell and/or crossbow attack and damage? Both attacks are Dex based and have an attack modifier of +3. In case any where wondering, edited my post to reflect character thoughts as bolded and italicized, and what he actually says as italicized only.
  10. I actually thought that was a brilliant way to display the thoughts of your character; I need to go back and adjust Thurindor's text to separate thoughts and sayings; I was very inconsistent in my text. I will put in my intent as soon as I can, but Thurindor is practically frothing at the mouth at the display of necromantic power and yearns to learn how to control this art of summoning the undead. He will help the party with the threat presented, but I need some time to analyze my characters abilities and will update with a more specific intent along with any results from rolls as appropriate.
  11. Raistlin is an amazing character! I have tried to us him as inspiration a few times, but I have a hard time playing a non-good character. I tend to overthink neutral as not-good and not-bad and end up swinging to good due to my usual nature. I think I may be able to get away with being good towards the party members and neutral to NPCs, but I have found it extremely difficult managing an evil character with a good party. Due to how heavy the RP is in this system, I figure this is my best chance to step out of the good niche that I usually fill and improve my own RP as DM to my own groups. Have you read the Twins trilogy? There was another trilogy that I read, but I can't remember what it was called. I remember the main character was a female who wielded a morning star, but without research I can't place any other details. I also have the Dragonlance campaign setting, but haven't found anyone to play with that was interested. It has landed itself on a shelf and gone untouched for months unfortunately, but I may bring it down and read through it again; especially if I start rereading Dragonlance.
  12. Fixed the statue reference. I didn't mean to imply attacking other characters was in Thurindor's options; I agree that if a member is a pain, then there is no reason for the group to keep a member around simply because he is a "player". I have no issues with Thurindor being put in his place when he needs to [even when he doesn't need to; after all, where is the fun if there is no witty banter between the Sorcerer and Wizard in schools of thought regarding the arcane?] Looking forward to the update! Also, is there going to be a night watch that we will be rotating through or are we all falling asleep? If there is going to be a watch, Thurindor would volunteer first or last watch but otherwise will sleep/meditate after he has completed his studies and preparation. Speaking of preparation, cn3wton, how would you like me to handle the prepared spells for the day?
  13. Week 5 Summary Gym Workouts: 2/3 I skipped Tuesday's workout and didn't replace it with a bodyweight workout like I should have Aerobic Workouts: 1/2 skipped Wednesday normal long run as I made the excuse that Jury took too long to accomplish. Finances: Even with the huge automotive repair bill, I still managed to spend less than I earned. I haven't actually put more money into saving just yet, but I plan to pay off my card in full and any other bills due over the next two weeks and drop whatever is left over from my account into savings. GRE: The week I was looking at has some conflicts, so I will need to talk to my supervisor and see if I can plan around that. Week 6 progress: Attended the workout yesterday and this week is looking fairly normal. Only issue is a tele-con based on Pacific time work hours so I may need to do a later session today and get my run in the morning.
  14. I will keep that in mind as I write more narratives in the future then. I will update my post later to reflect the font color coordination for character speaking. Terinatum, I assumed the italicized colored font was what your character was thinking; if that is not the case please let me know so I can address my characters interaction properly. Also, I do want to point out that I, Tialoredron, hold no ill will towards any other players on the Pathfinder threads or their characters. My character however... As shouldn't be said, I would like to point out that this is just a game and players should not be worked up over how other players are playing [not saying that any of you do, but I have had bad experiences in the past and I enjoyed reading this one and want a good RP session with all of you] and that how Thurindor reacts and responds to your character(s) is how Thurindor reacts and responds to your character(s), not how I feel about you, your character, your world, or how I will react and respond to you, your character, or your world. If you feel I am playing Thurindor out of character, please let me know so I can develop my skills!
  15. In a matter of scolding a young adolescent for their lack of tact towards elders, Thurindor postures what you might consider a normal response from nobility. Male "witches" prefer the term warlock, if you must know. And I am not a warlock on that account either, I studied the arcane arts under Universalist Master Khadgar and would appreciate it if you did not make that mistake again. To Bronan, he takes a more serious and responsible tone. I am very familiar with the workings of blood and death and I am looking forward to understanding its nature close at hand instead of reading about it. I thank you for your defense, Flomystavon and Thurindor takes a respectful bow, but I am well enough able to take care of myself as I do not expect others to do so considering how my reputation has preceded me on most accounts. Thurindor engages in small talk as the group travels, but he seems to be curt when he his asked about his past concerning the reasoning behind leaving his homeland. When the group stops to set up camp, he helps out as much as he is able; gathering wood, berries, clearing out sleeping areas. Once all has been done that further assistance is a detriment, he goes off to a quieter part of the camp, pulls out a fairly hefty tome as well as some rations and sits with his back against the tree and knees bent to make a makeshift easel with the rations in easy reach. You hear occasional murmurs as well as some erratic arm and hand movements, but nothing really exciting of note occurs during this strange display.
  16. What's this? A dragon you say? Please tell me they at least saved a few of the components... Thurindor sighs with the force of a groan at the loss of such magnificent spell components. Perhaps they have saved a few bones of the dragon then; and with more research I think I could bring....What do you mean you don't want to hear anymore. I haven't even told you what I planned to do yet! Oh...you've heard of me then? Well certainly you must know...Hey! What are you doing! Get those shackles away from me! No I am not resisting! You are holding me against my will! Help! Help! I am being oppressed! And so it comes that Thurindor was locked in the stockades in the middle of town square; a lonely traveler happening through Harglenn after hearing stories of magic in the works. Although slouched over, the elf occupying the central stockade seems rather tall; and if allowed to stand at full posture would be 6' 1". Even at that height, he appears a bit thin in the way of muscle, not to mention that there doesn't seem to be any fat on his bones, weight no more than 130 lbs by your estimates. From his hands, you can tell he was not a man of the field; if it wasn't obvious from his very pale complexion and contrasted with his darker than ink black hair. His almond eyes sees the court with disdain towards all those who approach. His clothes appear as if he has gone many miles in them and have seen rough travel, but they are still serviceable. As judgment day arrived, Thurindor was found not to be practicing witch-craft like so many other undeveloped villages accused him of, but neither did they want his ilk to loiter their town. They banished Thurindor, a sentencing kinder than most other villages, but none-the-less meant he was on the road again. After allowing him to gather his personal affects, Thurindor left the village to find his muses elsewhere. Before he left, he heard rumors that the "heroes" would soon be leaving. Thurindor thought to himself Perhaps they will accept me as a traveling companion. At worst they may find another dragon.... Although he waited a few hours, he saw the heroes along with one other and was relieved, Perhaps they really are willing to travel with others... Ho, fellow travelers! I see you are heading out and away from the village. I am called Thurindor and I have no place to call my own or home yet. Would you be so kind as to allow me to travel with you? I am involved in the study of the arcane and I would be most gracious to use my skills however they should aid you. If I am correct in my assumptions, you are going out to further adventure, are you not? All I ask is that I am allowed my studies as I find them. Thurindor hopes against hope at the party's response...
  17. Week 4 Summary: Gym Workouts: 3/3; Still going strong! Aerobic Workouts: 2/2 along with 3/3 1000 meter runs before gym workouts. My one tracked run was 2.44 km in 12:16. Finances: No updates GRE: No update Health: Completed Week 5 progress: Jury duty took Monday Tuesday as well as Wednesday; was able to get my gym workout in on Monday but didn't get to my workouts on Tuesday and Wednesday. Yesterday I was able to get back into my workouts. I think I may have a pretty open schedule mid-April and am planning on taking my test in that timeframe.
  18. I will PM you, Cn3wton, on my characters background and let the other players naturally interact. I am very curious as to how they will react to Thurindor }:-D. Thurindor Adinran: Race: Elven; Gender: Male; Hair Color: Black; Eye Color: Almond; Skin Complexion/Color: Fair; Height 6'1"; Weight: 117 lbs; Age: 124 years Class: Wizard (1) Abilities: STR 11 (0) DEX 16 (+3) CON 15 (+2) INT 17 (+3) WIS 12 (+1) CHA 10 (0) Initiative: +7 (3 dex + 4 feats) Speed: 30 ft BAB: 0 Languages: Common, Draconic, Elven, Goblin, Sylvan Skills: Knowledge Arcana +7 Knowledge Geography +7 Knowledge History +7 Knowledge Nature +7 Knowledge Nobles +7 Perception +5 Sense Motive +3 Spellcraft +7 (+2 to identify magical item properties; Elven magic) Feats: Alertness (racial) Improved Initiative (Level 1) Scribe Scroll (Class) Turn Undead (Specialization) (6x/day; DC 10) Specialization School: Necromancy Opposition Schools: Divination, Illusion Spells Known: All cantrips Level 1: Alarm, Cause Fear, Mage Armor, Magic Missile, Obscuring Mist, Ray of Enfeeblement Spells Prepared: 0 (3): Arcane Mark, Ray of Frost, Resistance 1 (2): Cause Fear, Mage Armor Weapons: (attack bonus; damage) Quaterstaff (+0 or -4/-8 melee; 1d6 or 1d6/1d6) 2x Dagger (+0 melee or +3 ranged [10']; 1d4) Shortbow w/ 40 arrows (+3 ranged; 1d6) Unarmed Strike (+0 melee; 1d3NL) Gear: Backpack Bedroll Belt pouch Flask Flint and steel Black Ink Inkpen Money Traveller's Outfit Sealing Wax Sewing Needle Shovel Signet Ring Soap Spell Component Pouch Spellbook Trail Rations (x14) Waterskin Total Weight Carried: 55.66 lbs Load Encumbrance (Light, Medium, Heavy): 38/76/115 lbs.
  19. Just poking my head through again, haven't gotten to any character creation just yet, but I am looking at Elven Wizard with Necromancy as his school (giving up Illusion and Divination). More to post later when I create him and his backstory.
  20. Is there any opposition to bringing in new players/characters? I have been following along through your beginning adventure and I do like what I see. I am mostly interested in helping my own roleplaying abilities as well as improving my DM capabilities with other systems, but I can only manage the time to be a player right now. What are the character creation guidelines (Point buy system or roll 4d6 drop lowest for abilities, class restrictions, etc)? I see that we will only be using the core rule book and can create accordingly. When will the next adventure start? I am sure I will have other questions, but I will be able to spend enough time debating on what character will come into play.
  21. Whoop! New PR busted for Back Squat! Increased my 1x max by 15 lbs and am now able to squat 105% Bodyweight! I tried for a second rep, but I failed at bottom and needed to bail the bar. I was able to Deadlift it, tried to Clean it, but I wasn't able to get it all the way up. The Deadlift felt pretty comfortable, looking forward to finding out my new PR on that lift soon!
  22. Week 4 is going well so far; I have incorporated running 1000 meters before the WODs on Monday and Tuesday this week and it seems this is exactly what I needed. I suppose there was just too much time in between my running workouts that my muscle lost its efficiency for running, so I will be building up to 10k again. I am also dropping the health goal as I will consider that mission accomplished; as noted above, the apparent issue was just calibration of the monitors, but I still plan to go to the doctor at least once a month. I haven't monitored my blood pressure in the morning like I said I would and I think the novelty of having a potential for blood pressure has worn off and has been adequately disproven. In exciting news, busted my Back Squat PR by 15 lbs (total of 185 lbs total)! I also feel like I am getting better physically and am excited about taking the fitness test to see how much I have progressed from last year. I am required to take it in September, but I am thinking of taking at least a practice test sometime before the end of next month. Over the weekend, I also did a quick Body Fat measurement using the Navy and YMCA algorithms and they put me around 16-17%; took a look at Steve's article and my observations (aka the Mirror Test) match up with that as well. I have been putting on weight even though I don't feel like I have been eating more or unhealthy, but I am glad that I have a good BF% from the quick measurements. I would like to drop it down to the sub 10% to expose my awesome abs, but I am currently unwilling to change my diet.
  23. Week 3 Summary Gym Workouts: 3/3; I have actually dropped off the last week in regards to the Fitocracy app. I did set myself up for failure on that end, but the import part is that I am actually working out as opposed to spending the ridiculous amount of time to put in the WOD by exercises individually. Aerobic Workouts: 2/2; I am still worried about my runs, so starting week 4 I will include running as a warmup to my WODs. I think 1k meters is about 5 laps around the building there and that should take no more than 5 minutes. Finances: The repair shop actually costed double what I expected and they didn't even address the issue I had made the appointment for (they only charged for the job they did perform, so I will need to spend more money for them to fix those minor issues I had wanted to dovetail with the 100k mile service). I haven't updated my spreadsheet for this month, but I don't expect I will be able to add anything to the emergency fund this month. Health: 6/7; As it turns out, every manual monitor for the blood pressure has been under 120/80. I talked with my doctor and determined that my machine is somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 points skewed high. I am still suspect of the results and plan to get a reading about once a month from the doctor. I didn't actually monitor my blood pressure at all this weekend, but I will do them at least once per day (I am planning on getting it done in the mornings). GRE: No progress; 1 week out from Jury duty...
  24. Week 3 is almost over (ish) and things have been going decently well. I actually wasn't enjoying the WODs earlier this week too much, but I think I was just getting into some weird Daylight Savings Time moody funks and still am. I am finding myself knowing I should be getting into bed by 10 and I will be hit or miss with that; but I still am awake until about 11 in either case. I also either sleep through my alarms or "dream" I turn off my alarm when it goes off and wake up an hour after I mean to. I still make it to work on time, but I am rushing out the door which I hate doing. On the WODs: I actually enjoyed Annie (50, 40, 30, 20, 10 Double Under jump rope and Ab Mat Sit Ups) on Monday even though I was close to last at finishing (I think I was at 15:52). Tuesday I was less than thrilled with (100 Kettle bell Snatches with 3 Handstands every minute on the minute until completed). One of my issues is that the coach didn't really go through teaching us the movement for the KB Snatch, so I felt like I was performing the movement wrong the entire WOD. Yesterday I was planning on doing another 5k, until 1.5 miles later at 13:03 and with my legs from DOMS and running fatigue at the same time, I decided it was best to call it there. I am really starting to get disappointed with my run times because I feel like I am really moving slower and I am in constant pain during the run. My stretching could probably use some work, but I have never really had this issue before. I have been to the doctor since Monday getting my blood pressure monitored and they have mostly been normal even though my own readings are high. I would like to hope that it is just my monitor that is skewed, but I should be talking to my doctor tomorrow to review the readings. My truck is nearing 100k miles and I have scheduled an appointment for service for it. I am also including several (hopefully) minor repairs. I didn't really factor this into the budget, but I have been cutting out all costs besides mandatory bills, groceries, and gas so I should be able to afford it. I really hope I am able to put a little money into savings at the end of the month even after this, but I also want to start getting my costumes for DragonCon started. Still no progress on GRE as I will delay until after jury duty.
  25. So, my 1x max for OHP (as notes in sig) is 95 lbs from the WOD on Tuesday, and I may have even been the last person to finish it, but I am still content that I RXed it! (21-15-9 Backsquat 125lbs pushups and 200 m run [only completed one 200 m run after each pushup set completion, as opposed to 21 200 m runs, 15 200 m run, etc.]) Wednesday I was able to complete 5.01 km in 27:54 (not too shabby considering I have been out of practice and my quads were on fire, again). Yesterday's WOD was entertaining; worked up to 95% front squat and then 12 minutes EMOM 9 KB swings at 18 kg/40-ish lbs (prescribed was 70 lbs/32-ish kg) for even minutes and 6 Wall balls 20lbs and 3 med ball sit ups. I went with the lighter weight for KB swings as that was my "heavy" weight that I could do American (The next step up [44 lbs/20-isat the box I can do a Romanian swing) so I figured it would be a good weight for the WOD. My coach then corrected my form and it felt like the weight just flew above my head (amazing what you can do with good form)! KB swing form has been added to the many skills I need to improve on. I was invited into the Endurance class again after the WOD, to which we actually did more strength with Back Squats (PRed at 175 lbs!) and went into 3.5 km row (completed in 15:17) followed by more KB swings. I didn't take into account how exhausted I was for the swings and decided to step up the weight to RX at 44 lbs/20-ish kg and I felt like I degraded into my old form for most of the reps. PT this afternoon with highs of 54 deg F and I only brought my t-shirt and shorts...(I will be cold and that will motivate me to keep moving at least!) Also, talked to my doctor yesterday and we have labs being processed as well as a five day blood pressure check next week along with a follow on next month. Had a manual test performed along with multiple machine measurements and had one result below 120/80 (don't remember exact numbers). This morning I also had something like 117/78 (with an irregular heartbeat, but it seems that my machine gets that flag often) Week 2 Progress Gym Workouts 3/3 Aerobic Workouts 3/2 Finances No progress GRE No progress Health 7/7
