Fitness Ran to work (Partially) Did core strengthening exercises for runners Did carpal tunnel syndrome and tendonitis prevention exercises Diet: No alcohol (even if we had diner at micro-brewery I love, YAY ME!). No soft drink (even diet). No chocolate bars from vending machine at work. Only eat 3 meals and 2 snacks and that's it. Life: Be in bed before 10:30 PM No internet/web surfing in the morning 8.5/9, because of the partial exercises routine.

Fitness: Biked to work Did not do NerdFitness's Beginner Body Weight Workout Did not do carpal tunnel syndrome and tendonitis prevention exercises Diet: No alcohol. No soft drink (even diet). Hey fellow rebels! Here is my challenge: Fitness: - Run to work 3 days/week: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. - Run one long run (6+ km) over the week-end. - Run 10k race on September 25th with my daughter in a stroller. - Do core strengthening exercises for runners 3 days/week on running days. - Bike to work 2 days/week: Tuesdays and Thursdays. - Do NerdFitness's Beginner Body Weight Workout on biking days. http://nerdfitness.com/blog/2009/12/09/beginner-body-weight-workout-burn-fat-build-muscle/ - Do carpal tunnel syndrome and tendonitis prevention exercises everyday. Diet: - No alcohol. - No soft drink (even diet). - No chocolate bars from vending machine at work. - Only eat 3 meals and 2 snacks and that's it. Life: - Be in bed before 10:30 PM (Sunday to Thursday). - No internet/web surfing in the morning (Monday to Friday). I CAN DO IT! Good luck everybody!
