  2. Patty, you're absolutely right. It's out of convenience, as well as habit. I tried to follow the advice of reading instead, but I just brought a manga and ended up taking it outside with me and smoking and reading at the same time. I've been contemplating getting an ecig, but I don't know how well it will work. Maybe if I combine not buying them, only bringing enough money for lunch if I have a lunch that day, and having an ecig on me that may work. It's worth a shot. On another note, I've began to slack on my diet, and even though I'm aware of it, I get some silly rush of 'muahaha I'm breaking the rules' which is just stupid. I'm getting lazy. I think because I'm not focusing on one of my goals is effecting my other ones. Ugh. Time to get my boyfriend to hound me about sticking to the plan. That usually helps whenever I want to accomplish something. Sigh. Not proud.
  3. That was actually really helpful advice! Great ideas, and very me: especially the meditating to music one. Definitely going to try that! Thank you sooo much. And I used to read a lot when I was younger, maybe that will be a way to get back into it and quit smoking at the same time.
  4. Also, I tend to smoke less when I'm not working. When at work, and it's time for a break every 2 hours, I alway smoke on my breaks, and on the way to work and on the way home. So, at least 5 a day no matter what. When I'm at home I usually only smoke every 4-5 hours instead of every two. Mainly because I don't want to go outside to smoke because I'm a lazy bum who just wants to sit on Netflix all day. (: I don't even know what to do at work instead of smoke, other than spend money, which I can't afford to do. I work retail, so if I wander the store I'll just want to buy something.

  6. Nope! You have to eat to survive. Work at a steady pace with eating healthy. It's okay if you can't go full healthy right off the bat. Cutting things like soda and avoiding fried foods to start is great. Proud of you for drinking tea and water for lunch! Way to go! Keep up the good work and move at your own pace. ^.^
  7. I have. My boyfriend stopped smoking with them, but they were way too harsh for me. He uses a vaporizor now, and his settings for nicotine levels are too high so it's still too harsh. I just haven't brought myself to fork out the money to buy them, even though I know I'll be saving money in the long run. Willpower, once again. ;~;
  8. Even though it's in my challenge to quit, I still haven't even started cutting back. I can't find the willpower to start quitting. Even when I workout I can tell smoking holds me back because my chest hurts after a while. Just don't know where to start.

But, as a little not, I really need to get to work on my C25K app. I haven't done it since Monday because I've been so busy and surrounded by people. Plus, it doesn't help that I turn as red as a lobster when I'm done so it's not like I can be like "an hour before work? Okay let's do it!" Cause I look like a sweaty red monster for like 2-3 hours after. Ugh. Stress. Okay, time to go to work. Byeeeee. <3

  14. Thanks! I felt kinda weird once I realized it, but that's true they can last longer. Today I did day one of the C25K and I got the biggest smile out of all the smiley or frowny faces even though I didn't finish otherwise I would of been late to work. I guess it's like their scale of how well you did. (: I'll post an update of how my challenge has been going soon. Amy is my idol looks wise, because I act just like her, and if I was skinny with green eyes I'd look like her. We even dress super similar. And yeah, I'd probably pout if someone called me Souffle Girl, especially because Clara isn't one of my faves. I like her, but not as much as others. ^.^ -cough- Rose, Amy, and Rory. -cough- And Rory looks A LOT like my boyfriend. Legit, when I lose a bunch of weight, we're totally gonna cosplay them!
