Hey Rebels, I have fallen into a pattern of ordering takeout, not preparing ahead of time, and not working out. I'm ready to make a change. I just wanted to make a declaration somewhere, and if anyone here has tips for starting from zero, please share. Thanks, Spockgrrl

My week is going pretty well! I've been packing my lunch, working out and spending lots of time with friends. I fell down on my newsletter last week, so I'm making it a real priority this week.

I'm feeling so low energy right now, send good vibes for my workout please!

Hey guys! I've had a pretty good couple of days, sorry I haven't posted. I brought my lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, but this morning I left my packed lunch on the kitchen counter :/ Did yoga in the evenings, I'm planning on incorporating some running and/or lifting next week, it's just rainy and cold and I like yoga when the weather is like this. I've been working on my newsletter, but it's not done yet, so it may be a weekend edition this week. I couldn't sleep at all last night, I got like 2 hours, so I'm just going to try to make it through this day without dropping dead. COFFEE SAVE ME Hope all is well out there!

Thanks for the link! I have a Mr. Bento lunchbox but am rarely on top of my game enough to use it. My mom found these things and I have found them really helpful and aesthetically pleasing

DAY TWO: 40 minute yoga practicebrought lunchno secretive eating, but I did cut a few corners and have a run in with the candy bowl. Nothing catastrophic, but a wee bit discouraging if I'm honest.Onward.

I just finished The Golem and the Jinni by Helene Wecker, and it's amazing. Go read it.

Hello, hello! I'm back in the saddle! My goals this time around are going to be really practical: GOAL 1: Move for at least 30 minutes a day. GOAL 2: Pack my lunch 4/5 days during the work week GOAL 3: No drive thru snacks or secret binges. I've also started a weekly email newsletter just for fun. My goal is to keep it coming out on a weekly basis. Also, I'm going to commit to one post a day here on my own thread and someone else's, and to reconnect to some people I lost touch with in the rebellion. Let's do this!

Hey guys! I'm taking a break from the challenges, and moving the party over here. Stay tuned!

I *officially* graduated from college, found a new apartment with my best friend, and am on a track to be promoted at work! I'm still settling in to all of this change, so I don't think I'll do the next challenge in an official capacity. I think I'll opt for a daily battle log instead in the near future, just to keep these connections. Thanks for all your support, Tzippi! You're the bee's knees.
