  1. @Red Five my plan is to just create reminders to workout and create meal plans. Also, to post on here more often this time around to try and keep myself accountable.

  9. I'm back! I know the challenge started Monday and I'm off to a late start, but I still wanted to get in on this challenge. I did the last challenge, but unfortunately failed that so I'm back in the Lvl 1 group. I will be keeping my goals the same for the most part. My name is Jason, I live in KC, MO.   11. Hello All. Well, I know that I pretty much disappeared, and I apologize for that. Life kind of got in the way and I was also struggling to keep up with the challenge. However, here is an update: For the most part I kept to my plan for eating, have been making weekly meal plans and sticking to them the last few weeks. However, I did not keep to my workout plan. I did good the first week and then kicked its ass this last week to finish out the challenge. Therefore, I consider my challenge to be a failure. As a result, I feel as though I need to stay in the Level 1 rebels for this next ch

  13. Thank you for checking on me. Yea, the first 2 weeks were rough for me. I ate right, but definitely slacked on the exercise. However, I am kicking it into gear now. Will be sticking to my plan going forward. Ready to kick some ass.
