  1. @Red Five my plan is to just create reminders to workout and create meal plans. Also, to post on here more often this time around to try and keep myself accountable.
  2. I made today my first day of the challenge. No BreakfastLunch: Lunchmeat sandwich, some kettle chips, and a oatmeal raisin cookie ( I know , I know, not a good lunch lol)Dinner: Buffalo chicken & Green beansWorkout: Bodyweight workouts
  3. Hello all, I know most of you have moved onto the Assassin's guild. I have recreated this group in the new challenge and hope to see all of you there. http://rebellion.nerdfitness.com/index.php?/topic/47559-lets-do-this/
  4. I created this squad in the accountabilibuddies spreadsheet for people that are planning to go into or are in the Assassins guild. Looking for people that are into: Bodyweight workouts Cardio Techy stuff Would love to find other people that are in the Missouri/Kansas region, but all are welcome.
  5. Well hello, glad to see your continuing. I like your goals and really like your motivation. Also, I agree with you about the new friends thing. I need to make some new ones also. I look forward to seeing your progress in this challenge.
  6. Hello Lvl 1 friend, I think your goals are definitely doable. I'm glad that you are in the Assassins, I will be here soon, hopefully after the current challenge. Good luck on this challenge and I look forward to keeping tabs on your progress. Here's to the Hot Blue Pants! lol
  7. I'm glad to see that you have moved on to the Assassins. I too love your theme for this challenge, very clever. I think you will do great in your pursuit of being Spiderman. Maybe you could show your progress in comic form or in movies. Good luck on this challenge, kick its ass!
  8. Well Hello my Lvl 1 friend. I'm glad to see you've been able to move on to the Asssassins guild. You're thread looks great. You will rock this, I believe in ya. I failed my first challenge, so I'm sticking with Lvl 1 this time, but will be kicking it's ass and I will definitely be trying to check in on your progress in here.
  9. I'm back! I know the challenge started Monday and I'm off to a late start, but I still wanted to get in on this challenge. I did the last challenge, but unfortunately failed that so I'm back in the Lvl 1 group. I will be keeping my goals the same for the most part. My name is Jason, I live in KC, MO. I am a Cable Tech for a telecommunications contractor. I'm currently an online college student working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Network Administration. I'm a total nerd when it comes to technology and playing video games. I'm also a huge sports fan. I'm not quite sure yet which guild I will be part of after this first challenge, still thinking on that. Main Quest: -Lose weight and add strength while getting my weight down to 180. Goals: -Do a total of 15 bodweight workouts -Do a total of 10 cardio workouts -Continue not eating fast food, drinking pop, or eating sugary candy and doing a semi paleo diet. Life Side Quest: -Regain my motivation for doing my college classes and start hitting it. Also, start trying to take some time to myself to figure out my direction in life. Additionally, would like to win one of the monthly basketball tournaments I will be doing. Motivation: -Tired of being slower than others on the basketball court
  10. haha, Yes I'm glad to be back. And thanks for letting me stick around, lol. Yes, I do plan to update more, hopefully each day or every other. I see the RPG aspect around here is in full effect though, lol.
  11. Hello All. Well, I know that I pretty much disappeared, and I apologize for that. Life kind of got in the way and I was also struggling to keep up with the challenge. However, here is an update: For the most part I kept to my plan for eating, have been making weekly meal plans and sticking to them the last few weeks. However, I did not keep to my workout plan. I did good the first week and then kicked its ass this last week to finish out the challenge. Therefore, I consider my challenge to be a failure. As a result, I feel as though I need to stay in the Level 1 rebels for this next challenge and will be carrying over my plans. I know that I can kick its ass. I will however for sure be an assassin How did everyone else's challenges go? Did you consider yours a success or failure? What guild are you going to be moving on to?

  13. Thank you for checking on me. Yea, the first 2 weeks were rough for me. I ate right, but definitely slacked on the exercise. However, I am kicking it into gear now. Will be sticking to my plan going forward. Ready to kick some ass.
  14. How is everyone doing with their challenge? @Birchwind did you end up going to the gym and have you been going to the gym? @Primal Chai Good job on the practice test results. When do you go to take the actual test? I feel like I've been doing pretty good on my challenge. Eating good for the most part. (Had a couple pancakes with my eggs and bacon at IHOP yesterday, lol ) Have done two workouts this week, doing another one tonight and then will be planning on getting back on schedule next week by getting 5 workouts in. Got enrolled in classes for the new school term so will be hitting that hard next week. Also, plan to apply for a few jobs
  15. @Primal Chai yea I can usually do about 1.5 - 2 mins at a time right now. I would say just do it for as long as you are able to keep your body straight and just continue to build on your time and it'll increase. @BirchWind I'm glad that you are going to stick around . Wooo! How is everyone here in our squad doing so far on your challenges? After a few rough days to start mine, I'm back on track and rollin.
  16. Update on yesterday: No breakfastLunch: chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressingDinner: Chicken with rosemary and mushroom glaze w/ sweet potatoesDid bodyweight workouts Today's Plan: Eat salad for lunchEat something with bacon for dinner Do cardio workoutsTalk to my school mentor to plan my next term
  17. Yea, it sucks, but I know I'm no good at Science, lol. Still disappointing but I'm already passed it. And yes, I plan are starting to kick this challenge's ass and getting ready for the new term to start Sat so I can hit the ground running. Today's Plan: Eat rightBodyweight workoutsStart planning for next termJob SearchingCatch up on TV that I've missed in the last few weeks while I've been cramming to get school shit done
  18. Well, this 1st week so far has not been going quite like I wanted it to. I've been cramming to get schoolwork done before the term ended tonight. Was able to finish all my English papers but failed my biology test...so looks like I'll be taking that again next term... Haven't been doing any workouts but have been eating well. Plan to finish the rest of the week by doing 3 workouts. 2 bodyweight and 1 cardio.
  19. It sounds like you would be a great fit for this squad and we would be glad to have you. How is it going with the planks?
  20. @bluecarfuffle oh man, I can only imagine how hard it is to stay on track with a diet and workouts with 2 little ones in that age range, especially if you and/or they are sick. Woo, go bodyweight workouts, they are great and can be done anywhere. I think it's great that you are going to start out slow and ease into it and then adjust, sounds like a great plan. Also, being a life hacker is awesome, and yes I do believe we will all get along. @changedsoul Welcome to the squad, glad you found it. I checked out your challenge thread and those sounds like great goals and sounds like you'll fit in great here in this squad. Good luck on your challenge. I hope to see you in here and in the future in the Assassins guild! Let's Do This!
