  1. Thanks fellow rebels! Day one: done. (almost) I biked and did the dumbbell workout. I'm a little sore, will probably be more so tomorrow morning, but I feel great! No pops yet this week! (Yayy!)

MOTIVATION Live Longer. Feel Better. Do More.
