  2. So today was a Saturday which meant: - 1 run with Zombie Run - 1 walk with "The Walk" Done and Done :3 Jogged approx 3.9km (=2.42 miles) in a little over 30minutes. Its not brilliant but hey! 4months ago i'd laugh at you if you'd told me i would run this time around. Walked 4.2km (= 2.61 miles) aswell. Also im gonna do the BBWW today aswell just cuz I feel like it. The only annoying thing at this moment is my horrid sun-allergy. It itches and isnt pretty, but my body needs to get used to it again I guess (weirdly its only on my chest/neck area, and not shoulders or anything else :/) Food: Don't really have a choice in this, since I still live with my parents, but I snack healthy, drank over 2.4L already today (consisted of 2.1L Water and 1 can of coke) So I think today was good
  3. Sooooon! First gotto lose my extra bagage (too much fat around the tummy and thighs ) and then the training resumes (been trying for 2years )

  6. Hey guys! Since I already did my first 6week challenge, i wanna keep track of everything on a daily basis. since I tend to forget, and therefor slip with food mostly, I'm going to keep my promise of connecting here daily. I'll introduce me quickly: I'm Saskia, 22y/o, from the Netherlands. I currently weigh around 85kg (its not my "correct" weight cuz im stacking up fluids massively due to drinking to little and my new injection which i get every 12weeks). i already lost 14kg with NF but hey im pretty much halfway there. My workout schedule: Monday: 15minute cardio - chestday (chest, tricep and rotary cuffs) - 1500m rowing - cooldown Tuesday: cardio day; 1 level of Zomby Run 5K Training (usually 30minutes) - 2500m rowing - core - stretching (and usually do 1 level of "The Walk) Wednesday: 15min cardio - Back day (Back, biceps and shoulders) - 1500m rowing - cooldown Thursday: cardio day; 1 level of Zomby Run 5K Training (usually 30minutes) - 2500m rowing - core - stretching (and usually do 1 level of "The Walk) Friday: 15minutes cardio - Legday (legs + butt) - 1500m row - cooldown Saturday: cardio day; 1 level of Zombie Run 5K Training (usually 30minutes) - 1 level of The Walk (1hour of walking) Sunday: Restday (usually i walk allot with le boyfriend on this day) ------ Food strategy: i dont wanna restrain myself but just have more controll. I wont hate myself when i eat stuff i shouldnt (think: chocolat, candy) since that will become a vicious circle. i need to drink 2.5L WATER a day, so no junky, sugary (but delicious) drinks. and when I do drink those it will be not more than 330ml (one can). Also i wanna start drinking more "real" tea. No sugar, no stupid premade bags :3 Foodwise like i said im not going to restrain myself but i need more control. Since i live with my parents i cant decide for myself what time dinner will be (18:00pm here) so that sucks. Id like to have dinner at 20:30 so i wont go into hungry mode in the evenings so i have to play around with snacks. Also since im still in school, my daily schedule differs + every 6-8 weeks my full schedule changes... so annoying. So yeah thats it thusfar. gonna remeasure myself now and have a good one!
  7. Great job on loosing that much weight! Wanted to say that first. Do u have a gym membership, or do you work out at home? If you work out at home, i'd recogment doing the body weight workout here first so in time you can buy dumbells, or take a gym membership There are some small tips I can give you: - The "main" muscle groups are Chest (+ Triceps), Back (+ Biceps), Core, Legs (+bunns ofc.) - Make sure u dont train the same group of muscle 2x in a row (always leave a day minimum in between) - You wanna start with the overall big tricks first (Chest examp. first dumbell press (take on whole area) and then wanna go sculp into the "smaller" like your shoulder and then Triceps - Start with 1set (15reps) with a low weight to get your muscles warmed up, 1 or 2 sets (10-12 reps) of medium weight and one last set giving all you've got - I like to really drain my muscle by after the last set doing 1 huge super set of going to the point I cant even do one single dumbell curl of 5kg - Make sure u do a warming up - Watch others working out (helped me ALLOT!) - Ask for help - And you can also just search for a decent looking scheme on the internet And keep in mind you need to fuel those muscles with some good proteines :3 Hope you'll have something to hang on to soon ^__^
  8. Well Im screwed x_x Today I had to have my new anti-baby-injection. Apparently she put it more into my hip region than my butt, so now my whole leg is painfull and my hip aswell :') + I need to work out tomorrow! Couldnt do it today due to the injection, yesterday my chest was so sore I couldnt even jog without cringing :') Plus I need to do it for a good grade at school aswell This is going to be fun! :') Will take my measurements this saturday!
  9. Thanks I slowely start to get used to it and like it aswell. Still missing the blonde streaks, maybe ill put some in my fringe :3 And yes! Hearing such stuff from my SO is so much better than random people talking to me on the street (like this last saturday when some random guy came up to me and started flirting; So not used to that that I instantly thought he was a creep, stuttered whilst answering his questions, and walking a different route to my house instead of the short one cuz OMG maybe he's following me =__=' XD) Haha thats a good one Will keep that one in mind ^__^ And thanks for the hair compliment
  10. today i ran another 3.9km i the reason my pace was lower is cuz im used to sprinting. i can easily pull sprints of 13 or even 14km/h but jogging at 9km/h is troublesome. Therefor im training on that pace now so at some point i can jog longer distances. at this point in my training i jog 1.5minutes at 9km/h, after that my head panics xD my boyfriend complimented me on my form since i worked out with him today! its so fun to do those things together (couples who play together stay together ) also my chestpress "max" rep has been upped to 2x16kg dumbells wanna try 18kg this thursday! also my boyfriend told me that 16kg is higher than some of the guys he sees in the gym so +ego boost xD and! i gave myself a new haircut as a present for all my hard work at first i didnt know what to think of it but im starting to like it ^__^ back to androginy <33 Verstuurd vanaf mijn GT-N7100 met Tapatalk
  11. so today was a good day! loads of sun! ^__^ friday i went for a jog outside, which would be the first time. i was kinda anxious cuz i still dont look the way i want to but it went well. My pace was higher than usual i walked an hour and then went jogging. good day! saturday was decent. wasnt as physical i wanted to be, walked 7k steps on and about and my food choices werent brilliant. oh well! :3 im still happy that i did some walking, and a shitton of cleaning. today was a great day! i walked almost 18k steps with my boyfriend, ate healthy-ish and just had a wonderfull day thanks to the brilliant sun weve had today ^__^ tomorrow a day at the gym, another walk with "the walk" and ugh! lifes good #springtimeiscoming!   12. When I first started all this (2years ago) I had a size 46 female pantssize. On 11 December 2013 I had size 44, and I already was so proud. Today I thought: Lets go and try on some new pants, maybe Im a 42 now! I was able to put it on, but.... it was still kinda loose around the legs and buttox O.O So I went out again and got 38, 40 and 42 sizes to try on. 38 I couldnt get over my hips, but that was expected. 40 was a good fit except for those small tiny rolls on my hips. A size 40! How?! I dunno. All I know I was a size 40 back when I was 12 or so So Im so proud. I thought I wouldnt ever be able to wear a 38 or even a 36, but maybe it's possible? ^__^

Haha thanks Yeah my boyfriend wouldnt like the whole LETS SHOW ALL THE BOOBS ON THE INTAHWEBS i think I dont really mind myself (but its probably against the rules of the forum aswell xD) But yeah for the progress im quite proud. Im not on any sorth of diet. No paleo, no pure protein foods nothing. Just watching what I eat, being all mindfull about it. I can eat what I want aslong as I dont go full chocolat for a day/week Just the way I like it ^__^ and it seems to work for me :3 Also the killing workout sched ive been doing for the past 4weeks (5x gym, 3x jogging, trying to walk 15000 steps a day and so on) is helping ^__^ Stil a long way ahead cuz im not there yet but im getting closer every week ^__^
  14. another day of jogging. i do interval sprints of 15sec at 13km/h! and i can do it. i try to go longer than 15sec but friday im going to try to run at 8km/h for a longer period of time, since apparently my body loves running at full speed (currently 10-14km/h) but really hates slow jogging. so gotto learn that. also ive set some new long term goals. they have a deadline of next spring/summer; if i do one of them sooner i dont mind, i would love it but the second one is impossible to do. the first one is to be able to do atleast 1 perfect pullup, without any help, contra-weight or other stupid stuff (maybe only a bench so i can reach the pull up bar xD). i wanted to be able to do one ever since i started working out, so im working on my back, abs and arms really hard, by rowing, pull downs and other things ^__^ so hopefully ill be able to soon the second goal: i wanna do the ladies run in Rotterdam next year (and "the night of the refugee) the ladies run is a "marathon" of either 5, 7 or 10k (the distance u choose yourself) to support pink ribbon (a breastcancer organisation). i wanna be able to do the 10k sometime, but i wanna set my goal at 5k, if i notice in my 3-4weekly run i can "easily" jog a 5k i wanna hunt for the 7 and so on. the walk of the refugee is a nightly hike of 40k from Rotterdam to the Hague (the international city of peace), to support the refugees all over the world. i wanna participate and make sure i make this world a tiny bit better (but every bit counts) plus hey! free motivation ;D also ive set a little less than 14k steps today! this is included my 3.95k run! also ive made a new progress pic for myself again, with a picture of 03-01-'14, so about 6weeks before this challenge started. and just wowh! my stomach and hips changed so much! i am willing to show u but since 90% of the muscle shots i take are or at home or just before showering at the gym; which usually means i am bare chested. so i masked my cleavage with a white bit and hopefully thats okay for the admins (if not, be my guest and take the attachment down, or pm me and ill do it ^__^) water water water, awesome subway sandwich (honey oat, ham, cheese and 95% of the veggies), crackers, loads of exercise, new dreams and hopes! enjoy the last 11 days (im going to celebrate the last day with my boyfriend at a brazilian restaurant, so ill post my results the day before!
  15. today ive woken up a bit too late, oh well. no harm done and apparently i needed it. hurried to school and after that boring part of the day i walked to the gym (5.5km!) cuz of the nice sunny weather (sunny but a nice cold breeze) and since i have the walk now. already did ep 1 yesterday night (3.9km) and did 2 today, both the longest route so now im at the gym doing back and leg day since i wanna keep chest for thursday cuz ill be going to the gym with le boyfriend ^__^ the water drinking is boring me but im seeing progress! not so much in clothing but more in veigns popping out everywhere (mostly arms)! which usually means ur body fat % is getting lower! Today ran another 3.8km with the app "Zombie, Run 5k Training" also I just bought the walk, since I want to have a "low impact" game to do on saturdays :3 Since Ingress isn't fun anymore I am pretty much low intensity on saturday, which means 1 Insanity training and then just laptop/gaming things So on days I dont go to the gym, or really work out in another way, I wanna walk with The walk. Also I put the permanent pedo-meter feature on to check how much I actually walk a day ^__^ For drinks only water, for noms only healthy as usual Not much has changed
  17. hey there! out of 20+ messages i was talking about the same calve soreness x3 but yes i warm up, stretch and cool down every single day. but my calves usually are really sore cuz i used to have horrible cramps during cardio (and still have that sometimes ) but thanks for the advise though :3 Verstuurd vanaf mijn GT-N7100 met Tapatalk

  20. Come at me bro~! ;D The only thing I think that sucks about the app is that the music player (in the app itself) doesnt work well with my phone. I put it on shuffle and it just keeps on repeating that one song :'D It's a good song but... still hearing it 6x in a row is a bit much
  21. Yesterday I was to lazy to do insanity, but since it was cardio recovery im going to do that on today after my other insanity video... It will totally kick my butt, but I have to. Also today I went to the gym again for just cardio. I went on the threadmill and walked for 34.5minutes! Thats a new record! ;P it wasnt even just walking, also allot of bits i jogged with 9km/h :3 Here have a link to my zombie, run!   22. Yeah They make brilliant apps :3 Im now doing the 5K training, then I wanna buy zombie run 1 and eventually 2 I love story lines and collecting stuff so hey! Being an achievement whore isnt that bad after all ;D
  23. So no insanity today cuz too tired. Going to do that one tomorrow. Also my calves are so sore I didnt think it would be a smart thing to do :3 Also I got my new gear in and I love it! My cleavage is getting perfect support (although the bras arent really... sexy) and it just fits really good! Shirt and pantssize L instead of the (X)XL I used to have Here have a selfie :') And yet another thing, next to jogging on a threadmill (which I usually just stop after 1,5km) I wanna take jogging outside again. First I thought "I dont wanna buy Zombie, Run 5K training again, cuz I have it on Ios already..." but since I dont own a decent IOS phone anymore (and im stuck with my semi broken Samsung Note for the next 20 months T__T) I decided to buy it again. Im going to train on Monday mornings, tuesday mornings and saturday mornings, if the weather sucks I can drop a training. It's not high in my list of "OMG I NEED TO DO THIS" but it would be fun to be able to jog further than 200meters ;3 So fitness went well, 2x insanity tomorrow (one is cardio recovery, so first ill do my official friday one and then the cardio one after about an hour! Oh and I feel great! Slowely starting to like what I see (with clothes on) in the mirror :3
  24. haha yeah thanks! hopefully everything will fit just correctly (or will be way too wide ;P) cuz working out in these clothes isnt working fine anymore... during jogging i have to make sure my bum doesnt fall out of these shorts due to the pipes creeping up into my groin area xD but i am proud that i finnaly see some results clothingwise Verstuurd vanaf mijn GT-N7100 met Tapatalk
