  1. Started a Health Journal to Track what I ate and what I SHOULD eat I am also going to track my measurements in here along with my workout plan and all sorts of self pep talks. I keep falling behind on what I planned on doing so I am trying to get back on track. Desserts will be the death of me! (most likely literally if I continue the way I am). I need to slowly limit myself to only one sweet a day, and then eventually only one sweet every 3 days, then a week. (end at a week, I love my sweets! Maybe I should make it a reward for hitting Friday and kicking off the weekend). I have cleaned my dorm room completely and re-organized papers and folders. I am trying to crack down on getting all A's and some B's if necessary and being so unorganized was not helping one bit, so I fixed that. I have written pep talk statements like: Take care of your body!, You are Sexy!, You WILL feel better today!, Etc. These small statements that I see in the morning make my days just that much brighter.
  2. Still working on eating right, those cookies are far too tempting! It's time to get rid of this freshman 15 and...well...30 pounds more haha.

  3. Thanks for introducing me to this site! ^^ I've always enjoyed this weightlifting program you have created for us here at college. Totally works and it's time we pick ourselves up and start getting our routine back!

Well my current workout plan is the same as a User and friend named Thirster: 2 sets of 10 minute treadmill walking 3 sets of the following: 10 bench presses 10 dumbbell squats 10 over hand presses 10 deadlifts 10 rows (10 on for each arm, so 20 reps per set) 3 sets of planks that I hold until I can no longer hold. Longest so far is 1min and 2 seconds I am currently using 15lbs but I am going to bump it up to 20lb dumbbells due to my gain in strength over this past month. As for sleep, I currently get 5 hours on a good night here at college, I kind of need 6-7 hours at least, so I am going to try to go to sleep earlier.
  5. HELLO, I am Darktrickster. I am starting nerdfitness as of today. it is time for me to join in with the 6 week challenges to create a routine for my B.A body in the future. (compared to my not so B.A body right now.) 1st 6 week challenge: Main Goal: Lose 40 lbs of fat and gain muscle. Small Goals: Work out at least 3 times a week while impelementing body building training with a friend.Stop eating a lot of carbs and eat more greens.Get more sleep, period. ...seriously.Life Quest: Focus more on studying in my college classes. C's on history tests are unacceptable! My Reason?? I am here to look the way I have always wanted to look, and feel the way I have always wanted to feel. The way I am depicted in my dreams (literally) is far healthier than I am in reality. I need to stop moping about it and change it.
