  1. Gonna hit my workout as soon as I get home!

  2. Thanks! I have actually been interested in parkour for several years, but I've never taken the initiative to really get into it, though I have found some pretty good tutorials for a variety of techniques, especially the basics. Right now I'm just trying to get back into a solid strength training routine, but once I'm ready to start learning I will need direction, help, and accountability to actually make progress as a traceur. Getting motivated to "just get out there and do it" (whatever "it" happens to be at the time) is usually the most difficult part of starting and persisting in anything for me.
  3. I must make a change to one of my "Missions". Instead of substituting tea for coffee, I'm going to discipline myself to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night (I will still switch to tea, but that will be fairly easy and I feel that working on my sleeping habits is more important, as well as more directly related to my "Main Quest".
  4. @Nuala Hey Nuala, How did you know I was also interested in the assassins guild?
  5. Thanks. Common junk food won't be the problem, I've gone long periods of time without that, but I love bread! Giving up grains entirely would be difficult. Honestly, at this pointi just want to minimize them, as I'm already pretty lean (I'll post pictures soon). 80% Paleo is my ultimate goal at this point. Sent from my SPH-L520 using Tapatalk
  6. Name: Gabriel Age: 24 Height: 6'5" Weight: 195 lbs. Race: Human (Númenórean) Class: Ranger (Dúnedain) Hello there, My name is Gabriel. I do not have much time at the moment, so I will get straight to establishing my goals for this challenge. If you happen to be curious and would like to know more about me, I plan to write a little about myself for the Rebel Introductions thread later. Once I do, I will post a link to it in this thread. Motivation To build a strong, healthy body for a happy, prosperous life. Main Quest Complete The 300 Workout during a 6 Week Challenge in 2014. Missions 1) Complete the Beginner Body Weight Routine, 3 days per week for 3 weeks. 2) Complete the Advanced Body Weight Routine, 3 days per week for 3 weeks. 3) Discipline myself to sleep at least 7 hours each night. Life Quest Create a budget for my finances.
  7. Hey Xahn, Sounds good man! I am also a first-timer, about to join my first challenge. Though I'm a ranger, rather than a warrior, my first goals will also be to establish a consistent strength training routine. I'll be following your progress for this first challenge. Let's get it done!
