  1. Hello, I really need to start updating this which is a mini challenge of mine. Anyway I've been busy with school, but managed my first goal. I made it to the gym at least 4 days a week this January and I'm going to bump that up to five days a week this February. I haven't been tracking goal two unfortunately, so I'm starting that this week. I'm adding another goal though too. I want to break the one hundred pound mark on my overhead press, chest presses, and deadlifts. Deadlifts are falling behind the other two, so this goal might take a while.
  2. I let life get in the way again, but I have made progress. My lifts are getting better and so is my form. So I'm going to keep these goals going and I've begun tracking it again. So far I've had two weeks of success!!
  3. Hello! I don't remember if I introduced myself on the forums before, but I'm coming back to them! I'm realizing that I need some accountability and unfortunately I don't have many people in my life who are dedicated about health and wellness. These are the challenges I'm laying out for myself: One: go to the gym on a regular basis. I'm measuring that at the least 4 days a week is good for the next month. I have workouts for five days a week, but I realize that it's going to be hard (understatement) getting back into my old routines from before I let myself go. Two: Lose 10 inches around my waist. Three: Begin the dreaded cardio in the morning. Meaning doing it 2-3 times a week for the next month. My main quest is to drop to 33 inches around my waist and generally make my life better. I'm looking forward towards my progress! I refuse to give up!!
  4. Hello! I am back, and I have my tracking my goal. I have gone exactly one month now working out! I have been running, practicing my martial art and weight lifting. Lots and lots of weightlifting. I am feeling better and I have one more month to go! (that is one month non stop btw). SO as soon as I am done with this challenge I can do a guild challenge, right?
  5. Hi, I've been gone because of University. Good news though I haven't gained a single pound over the past few months! Though I haven't lost any either. But I have been maintaining a healthier diet than before. I have been filling up on vegetables at every meal and have been feeling better because of it. I also think that is the reason I have been able to bring my GPA up! Anyway, thank you for your comments. I didn't think about any short term goals at the time. I guess I got over excited. My goal now is for the next two months is to make it back to the gym at least three days a week. This was my first year in college and my former healthy habits took a hit, so now I am getting back on track. I appreciate all the support, and I will let you all know what's up. Peace!
  6. Hello! I'm wolfclaw8 and this is my first challenge. I am a Black-Belt in Kuk Sool Won, but ironically, I'm pretty chubby 240 pounds. Over the first four years of my martial art I began losing weight, then when I started training for my Black-Belt, I went on a strict diet and trained daily. I lost 63 pounds. Now that I am a Black-Belt I am pushing toward my overall goal to lose seventy more pounds. I have a very long road ahead, but I am thankful I found this group of people to support me.
