  4. With my knee's status still up in the air, I am going to take this opportunity to spend a challenge with the druids to work on my mind and soul. Don't worry warriors, I'll still be around.

  6. anyone else struggle to drink more water? i have to drink over 100oz a day. 25% there

      Sparkling water helped me make the transition from soda to water. Now I mostly drink flat water from my own refillable bottle all day.

  11. It finally clicked. I made some adjustments to my deadlift form and it got A LOT easier!

      I finally got the feel for the proper back arch and stance gaining a lot more power from my legs. Before, I was leaning over the bar too much and relying on way too much upper body strength.
