anyone else struggle to drink more water? i have to drink over 100oz a day. 25% there
Sparkling water helped me make the transition from soda to water. Now I mostly drink flat water from my own refillable bottle all day.

It's "Happy Friday" at my office. Everyone always tries to get me to eat bagels and donuts.
It finally clicked. I made some adjustments to my deadlift form and it got A LOT easier!
I finally got the feel for the proper back arch and stance gaining a lot more power from my legs. Before, I was leaning over the bar too much and relying on way too much upper body strength.
Getting back to the gym today!
My muscles ache to ache.
I can't wait for my eyes to heal. Not being able to sweat is making me antsy.
