  3. I finally have some time to make my challenge thread.

  4. Looking forward to firing on all cylinders some time in the near future. I miss my routine.

  5. With my knee's status still up in the air, I am going to take this opportunity to spend a challenge with the druids to work on my mind and soul. Don't worry warriors, I'll still be around.

  6. Glad that I decided to go with Amazon Fresh. Delivery groceries will allow me to plan my weekly meals with ease.

  7. Enjoyed my extended weekend. Back to counting calories and figuring out what I'm doing next challenge.

  10. That feeling when you have the whole gym floor to yourself. That's why I hit the gym on Sunday.

  11. Mixing things up in the routine today. My knee may be injured, but I still have an upper body.

  12. I had an awesome little Mythosaur Emblem made up for my signature... but then I found out our signatures don't support images. Haar'chak!

  15. It finally clicked. I made some adjustments to my deadlift form and it got A LOT easier!

      I finally got the feel for the proper back arch and stance gaining a lot more power from my legs. Before, I was leaning over the bar too much and relying on way too much upper body strength.

      Forward progress on all lifts. Broke through a bench press plateau. I'd say it's going well :D

  21. Decided to switch gears mid challenge. I've bulked long enough - it's time to get shredded!!!

  22. Squatted 5x5 @ 315lbs last night. Hurts good!

  23. Stoked for tonight's lifting sesh!
