I'm a fan of the blog and read the posts in rss. I like the idea of a 28 challenge - focus and get results. I want to lose 15 pounds. I'm at 183-185 now and would like to get down under 170.
My 28 day goal is to run for at least 20 minutes each day. I ran 45 yesterday so I'm already starting. I'll see if I can make it.
