  1. Nick, Your friend might need a little extra boost, although since she is YOUR friend, you would know how to handle that situation better! Every person is different when it comes to that little extra push. As for the weight loss, she could have been in the gym for those five weeks, but if she wasn't dieting well until just this week it probably wouldn't show as much results as if she had been dieting the entire time. Rather than going to random weight machine to weight machine try getting a free weight regime in. That way it's not just a little of this a little of that, it's everything. From there build a plan of the week and maybe even a WOD for every day of the week, something to look forward to! Maybe for the diet look up recipes and make a meal plan for the week. I hope this helps!
  2. What I do is I sprint all out, rest for however long it took me to complete the sprint, then sprint again. For example, say I sprint an 800m in two minutes, I take a two minute rest and then sprint again, stopwatch really comes in handy with these. Good luck!
  3. Thank you! I'll definitely check on the bodyweight boards as well, I appreciate you taking the time out to answer my questions
  4. To do pull ups and all that every day? Sorry for the two different posts accidentally hit post before I was done typing
  5. So I'm new to the NF world and I don't know a whole lot about fitness in general but I'm really starting to get into it. I was looking at the guild things but I couldn't see a description of them to know which would be right for me? (Maybe it's because I'm on a phone?) but another question I had was about working out, I typically do anywhere from 25-50 pull ups a day (obviously spread out through the entire day haha) as well as push ups sit ups and all that other jazz, is it bad to do the pull ups EVERY day? Should I take a day or two off in between to let them recover? Or is it okay to do pull u
