      she's a perfectly good example. I wouldn't get too hung up on definitions, I'm just curious to see who the high achievers are that I'm not yet aware of.

      hypothesis - your body is telling your brain that your glycogen stores are low and it wants sweets. Your brain in interpreting it as, the sweet thing I consume is Diet Coke.

  15. Is there a subforum for talking about building your homegym? I need to plan for and price flooring and I'm looking for suggestions as well as suggstions for keeping the flooring in place on a concrete floor

      Why Not? How do you keep them from drifting apart? I've got two of them and I'm pulling them back in alignment at least once a workout. That's the primary issue I'm trying to solve here. I'll probably upgrade to something better than stall mats just because mine seems to shed little bits of rubber all the time but regardless of the exact material, fixing them in place is the challenge.

      Just looking at home depot, I think the $40 /sq foot stuff is the only thng I'd trust to not destroy my floor, which isn't much cheaper than anywhere else. I'd still be curious about methods of keeping them in place.

      I can tell you that stall mats (farm supply stores) are a good, inexpensive solution to start with. I currently use two of them and have not damaged the floor despite deadlifting and cleaning (with bumper plates). I'm looking to go to the next level now, full fledged workout space.

  20. This is what I get for wanting to make a nice stack of plyo/squat boxes. A big bruise under my big toenail from a piece of 3/4" plywood landing on it. This blows goats.

      try clap pushups, alternating explosive pushups or dive bombers and chest to bar pull ups, clap pull ups or muscle ups
