  1. How many do you recommend before moving on to the next level, for men and women? Push ups: - how many wall push ups before push up on knees? - how many push up on knees before full push ups? -how many full push ups before inclined? ( i might have got order wrong...) Planks: -how many seconds to hold on arms and knees before doing the full plank? Squats: How many squats on chair/bench before progreasing to do a squat without chair? Pull ups - how many with help of bench before moving on to a full one
  2. Thanks. I did find some other forums where others had complained about heavy periods and the only answer was something like " it's gravity" haha...that made me crack up. What you said seems like the only reasonable answer so far.
  3. Last time i was gaining muscle and losing weight.Thank for the tips. I'll search high intesity impacts on periods and will let you know if i find anything.
  4. I think it's just me. It probably has nothing to do with mma.I've been searching the web and can't find anything too.
  5. Sorrry... I've just started a workout programme...been unactive for a while. However, i do remember that when i used to take an hour of mixed martial arts weekly, i used to come on really heavy... I'm worried it will be worse now because i'm exercising 20 minutes everyday.
  6. How does exercise affect your periods and what can be done about it?
  7. Yes. It does make loosing weight harder. I suppose i'm in the same boat as you when it comes to support network. Good to hear that you've started the paleo diet. I think that in the long run they will come round to no teasing you into being healthy. Just show them what you're mad of, because if you're on here you're probably seious about this. Hell, sounds like you'll be helping them live healthier.
  8. Yup, for some reason it doesn't work anymore. And that's not the only article. If you're like me and browsing through the archives to see which article would be beneficial for ones self, you'll find that some others aren't working too. Maybe thy took them off?
  9. Yes. I'll definitely track measurements, rather than weight. How often do you think i should do this?
