  3. RECAP WEEK 5 "I took advantage of the time I had, when the rats feared me, for what they saw. I knew if I didn't do something about this disadvantage of mine, it would be over for me. I learned to take advantage over my environment, by setting traps all over the places." WEEK 6 "After running back to an old camp spot, I knew the rats would come flooding in, if I didn't do something. I quickly turned an old camping spot, into a rat's death trap. The rats quickly knew where I was, and my camp became a bait, for my traps. During these days, I've been hearing these strange loud noises. They were terrifying. Had these fight awoken something? If so, I have to finish this quest quicky." DAY 42 "A few rats were there to aid the Alpha Rat. Nothing I didn't dealt with before. Though, they weren't there to finish me off, but to weaken me. The enhanced Alpha Rat, took much advantage over the strength that I lacked. So much that, I almost died. I almost fell unconscious. I knew fighting this thing head on, was suicide. I grabbed what gears that were nearby, and ran far. I didn't expect to run away. On the contrary, I wanted it to follow me. But, with enough space between us, so that I could make it trigger my traps. Getting away from this thing was not easy. Especially when the enhancer allowed it to move even quicker than the rats themselves. But, it's enhancer was no match for my willpower, as it was the only thing that helped me separated us. I used what time, and resources I had to make these traps, as the traps from before, clearly didn't do much on the Alpha Rat, right now. I heard it's battle cry, quickly getting louder. If these traps doesn't work, I have nothing left. I spent the last of everything I had already. The Alpha Rat fell into the trap. My legs gave out, and I found myself kneeling, and soon, on my back. I tilt my head forward, only to see the Alpha Rat, slowly creeping out of the trap. The blood, coming out of it's wounds, like an endless shower. It slowly crawled to me. Then it suddenly stopped. I realized, with what little energy I have left, that it bled to death. I chuckled at how lucky I was at the last moment, before I passed out."   5. DAY 41 "As I was preparing myself, I was, once again, attacked by the rats. They ran into my traps, and I finished them off another pack. Before I killed off the last rat, it spoke. It's barely understandable. 'Got...you...' Was there more coming? I couldn't tell. I quickly set up more traps. Suddenly, a figure, engulfed me with it's shadow. I turned and saw something. It a monster. I've never been so frighten. And then I realized, it was the Alpha Rat. What did it do to itself? I've never seen, or felt, anything like this." To be continue...   7. thank you chris thank you. i still can't believe i got this far DAY 40 "I armed myself light. I sought no need to prepared so heavily. Another easy raid. Either the rats have began to grew weaker, or I've became stronger. When I went back to the camp, I decided to expand on the area, of where my traps would be. This would probably slow them down enough for me to finished them of. I rest for the day, but wondered, what the Alpha Rat is up to. There's only a short time left, before I find it. I remember I couldn't find it yesterday, even when I look near the cave's direction, when I was on top of the tree. Have it changed it's direction? Has it already retreated? I have to be prepared for the worst." It should be quick. Once it was over, I went back to camp. Once there, I look at the tree. The tree that I failed to climb, over and over before. I pushed myself, even when it felt like my arms were numb. As soon as I was about to give up, I see the light above me. Yes. It was the top. I finally reached the peak. This gave me confidence of my future." I hope I never encounter this thing, but something tells me I might. I must be prepared to fight back, but not with my current conditions." So loud, it tears the sky; And so terrifying, it feels like a hand was squeezing my heart. Whatever this thing is, I hope I never encounter it."   13. hello brandon. welcome to nerd fitness. now, i cannot answer everything, but i'll try my best to answer the ones that i can 3. 5 minutes per pose/sides 4. yes. if it hurts, don't stretch. you could, but lightly. and during the stretches, don't stretched to the point where you're screaming inside your head. do it, where it's only a little uncomfortable. i wish you luck, brandon.
