  1. Alright, did workout A today. It went fine, but the barbell rows just felt weird (probably doing something wrong...) Squat: 5x5-22,5kg Bench press: 5x5-20kg BB rows: 5x5-30kg My legs are gonna complain tomorrow
  2. Hi! Im Llamaha and i just started working out again after 2 years of doing nothing. I just joined a gym with a friend when i found this place and im quite happy i did, because this place is a treasure trove of information and motivation! Anyways, i just did my first SL 5x5 today so i thought i should start a log here to keep my motivation going. I started out with workout B, because i had done som tricep and shoulder exercise 2 days earlier. Squat: 5x5-20kg OHP: 5x5-20kg Deadlift: 1x5-30kg Everything was fairly easy except the overheadpress at the end, where i struggled at the last two reps. I expect im going to be having problems with it later.
  3. Great advice! I'm going to have to start planning an eating schedule (though i have to work around the fact that my fridge is broken....). As soon as i get my pay check im going to buy that academy thing and do the SL 5x5 since it looks interesting. I'll update as soon as i have my schedule down!
  4. Thanks for the advice! I plan on eating lots of eggs, meats and fruit while also chugging down some protein shakes. Interesting idea about guiding the protein though, i'll have to look into it.
  5. Hey there! Llamaha here, im starting up strength training again, but this time im taking it more seriously. I recently joined a gym with a friend and we are focusing on strength training, but i know from previous experiences that just exercise is not enough (last time i worked out 5 days a week and gained around 9lb in about a year). I currently weigh around 110lb and im about 5,7 feet tall and it seems i have to eat rediculous amounts of food to increase my weight without serious exercise as well. So, im on a misson to change things. My plan is to do some serious strength training 3 days a week and eat correctly so i can gain strength and weight. The problem is that im uncertain as to how im supposed to eat in addition to my exercise, im thinking a Paleo diet with protine shakes and/or weight gainer. Any of you Rebels have any tips on what i should eat, how often i should eat and so forth? PS i don't really like vegetables that much :/ Thanks for reading and any help i can get!
