  1. Getting strength is common problem in female and thy have not much strength for the workout. But this thread provide detail and right plan for getting strength.
  2. I am trying this exercise Pistol squats, handstand push ups, deep one arm push ups with elbows in. Do you think this exercise is help full for muscle building?
