  1. Sorry for the late update. I just got back from vacation. As for my goals I made my weight goal plus 1lbs. I weighed in at 251 on Sunday night. I got my workout quota for the weeks. My diet still needs some work and I was able to cut 3 min off my BBWW but could not get to the goal of 6 min. All in all I feel great strong in my body and my mind. I know that being a healthy person is posable with out feeling like I'm losing out on fun and yummie things. I feel that this challenge was a secsses and I can't wait to continue my path here with the assassins guild. Hope this late up date has not affected negatively on my moving forward here with you all.
  2. So I'm not a runner but, this morning I went for a Mile run. started out sprinting for 30 sec and light jog for 30 sec. I did this for about 1/2 a mile then my chest felt like it was on fire. So I slowed it down to a light jog and walk. My goal for the morning workout was to complete the mile, and I did that. However I really need to do more running so I can get my wind back. How else will I be able to get away from the zombies. If any one out there has any advice on how to build my running endorence I can use it. I was a smoker for about 7 years before the challenge so I'm trying to get back my wind.
  3. Hello friends!! Week 5 went great!!! My diet has been very clean about 99.9% paleo through the whole week. At the beginning of week 5 I weighed in. I've lost 5 lbs Make my over all loss 12 lbs leaving 3 more to reach my goal. I am now 255 lbs. I also timed my BBWW at the beginning of the week my time went down by 1 minute I was really hoping for more, just means I have to work harder my time now on the BBWW is 9 min I have 3 more to go. Don't know if I can but I'm sure ganna give it every thing I got. On another note I have not had a cigarette since the challenge this is some thing I'm very proud of. Hello week 6 it's time to kick it into overdrive!
  4. Hey brotha Week 5 is starting off well. Everything has calmed down since my be move so now I can put all my focus back on the task at hand. I feel great, feeling strong. Tomorrow I will be weighting in and tonight I will be doing my BBWW to see if I have cut any time off.

  6. I really like eating paleo I've never felt better, and if I do have any kind of junk food like soda or anything like that I feel the difference.
  7. Hey everybody, Week 3-4 Another long and hectic week moving in to my new house. I've been on track with my fitness plan. got 2 out of 4 workouts in but I did move all my stuff down 3 flights of stairs for 2 days so think I'm ganna count that lol. Surprisingly my diet has stayed in tacked with all this running a round. This weekend I'm going to start building my garage box pull up bars, power rack and ganna try to find a please to put a rope not that I can get up it now but with time I think I will. So far I'm on track on week 4 lost my diet for a day but bounced back. Getting my work outs in. Thanks you guys for checking in on me.

  10. Hello all It's been a long and hectic week but I was able to get in all my workouts and have lost 7 lbs. so that puts me on track for my weight goal in this challenge. I'm very proud of the progress I've made. Chris tien jinn the diet still but I'm going at it slow and steady. As long as I don't fall back in to my old habits I'm happy. But that's a great way to think of it. I'm still about 90% paleo I'm biggest hurdle is soda I have 1 or 2 cans of Pepsi a day witch is a big drop from my 2 litter a day fix. Thank you all for dropping in on me. It's week 3!!!! Let's tune it UP!
  11. Week two has started and I'm feeling good. On my way to cutting my BBWW time to my goal time. Got all my workouts in for the week and started week 2 with a good one. Thank you for all the kindness and help I have found on this forum. Everyone here has been so awesome.
  12. Today's work 25 chair dips 25 leg raisers 20 lunges 4x for time got it done in 11min 30 sec
  13. This post is for Sunday the 20 One minute jog 30 sec sprint for 10 minutes and the 50 box 24" box jumps. No rest between the run and the box jumps. Box jumps not timed. Forgot to set time on the jumps kind of a bummer but I'll get it next time.
  14. Thanks for the advise I'm still making losses, its just people keep telling me to remove the skin and they never heard of paleo or don't much care for it. But I will be keeping an eye on the my progress and adjust accordingly Thank you
