  2. Hello! I am completely lost. My name is Kricken , and I am brand new to all of this. I'm 5'3 and about 140lbs. I started dieting about a year ago, and doing treadmill workouts about six months ago. I've lost a total of 20-30lbs over all. The problem is, I absolutely dread it . I recently read Staci's article about lifting, and I really identified with it. I would LOVE to start weight training. The problem is, I have no clue where to start, what weights to pick up, or what exercises to even do. I'm not trying to walk in anywhere and hurt myself because I don't know what i'm doing. I would be grateful for any kind of help! Thanks!
