I didn't notice that there was a new challenge going on. I am new to the site and was interested in the old challenge but I didn't want to/or try to join it when there were only two weeks left. Is it too late for me to join? I'll just make goals and try to achieve them while being shorted a week.

If you feel like your are about to get a side stitch, or have a side stitch, then breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. It helps me every time.
