  1. I am incredibly terrible about keeping up with my account here. I think I am going to take this challenge off since it started at a bad time for me and pick it up again next round, BUT I did do my measurements tonight -- Measurements as of 6/14/14 Time – 9:45 p.m. Weight : 216.00 Upper Left Arm (near armpit) – 15" Upper Left Arm (mid) – 13.75" Left Arm (Forearm) - 11.25" Chest - 39" Bust – 41.5" Waist - 47." Upper Right Arm (near armpit) - 15" Upper Right Arm (mid) - 14" Right Arm (Forearm) - 11" Hips - 45" (where my pants settle) Buttocks - 48" Left Upper Thigh – 28.5" Left Mid Thigh - 25" Left Lower (just above the knee) - 19" Left Calf - 17" Right Upper Thigh - 28" Right Mid Thigh -25" Right Lower (just above the knee) – 18.25" Right Calf – 17.5" This comes to a loss of 8.0 pounds and several inches. Now to work on losing more weight!

  3. Everybody is doing fantastic! I have gone the whole challenge without soda. I was lucky to find the challenge in the beginning
  4. I think I will take measurements this week. I want to see the change in the numbers!
  5. I enjoy the story from Zombies, but the running drills are a little ridiculous to try on the treadmill so I have been doing the stuff I left off with on the Zen Labs app.
  6. Whoot! Glad to be checking back in. Soda is still going great and I am working on the running so I am very excited right now!
  7. Glad to see everyone is doing well! I am on W2D3 on the Zombies 5K app, but I am just trying to get ahead to where I was on the Zen Labs app - Week 4ish. My exciting moment of Saturday was running 3 minute increments with 2 minutes of walking inbetween and my three minute runs were about .23 mi.!! yes!

  9. Keeping very busy! Still hitting the gym. The sleep portion of this is not going well bit everything else is great! I am definitely doing awesome on the soda challenge! Just have to find time to update my battle log

  12. I am so in on this group! I just need to figure out how to work the app while on the treadmill..... I don't use an armband right now, I might have to try it again.

  14. Awww you guys all rock! Thanks for checking in ChristArtist, ShadowLion, Kailer, and MogiShade <3 you guys! I have been doing very well on my very well on my lunch challenge, but I haven't been keeping track of my sleep Might have to make that quest next challenge time too. I haven't been keeping up with my C25K with my app, but doing it free form (aka without the app). I am pugging into another group for raid tonight in WoW - for me its kind of relaxing because I get to raid with the Other Half which makes me very happy I will definitely have to check out your group Kailer! Thanks for letting me know about it. I am still interested in getting a buddy for one on one contact as well, so if you know anyone I shall have to update my Battle Log tomorrow night when I am not raiding. Much love to you all!

  18. Start on The first day of the challenge, so I believe today is Day 11!
  19. Catching up on the log finally! I love everyone checking in on the main thread. Definitely keeps me coming back to NF. 4/22/14 - Tuesday Gym day- I am always so happy to go. No Soda Day 9 - Complete 4/23/14 - Wednesday Gym day- Yes!! No Soda Day 10 - Complete Raid Night #1 - very successful, got through Spoils of Pandaria and almost got Thok down. Team is fantastic! So one of these days I do have to catch up and do my measurements since I'm almost halfway through my first challenge as a rebel. Maybe tomorrow as I have the day off. To anyone following and needs a buddy or even another friend to be in touch with, let me know! I am dying to meet some nerdy fitness friends
  20. ROFL Xanjra!!! Monday night would have been filled with lots of activity. Most nights I wouldn't get much though I guess it's a good thing no one has hit up this post then....
