Hi I've been reading the newsletter and decided to join the forums. My big food challenges are not sodas, or fast food or processed food, it's that I don't do the cooking at my house and the person who does won't change very much. Plus I travel a lot for work. I can control 2 meals a day, what are some tips for improving my eating? Just to be clear, we use very little pre-packaged food in our house. Main meals are always from scratch.
