  1. I don't see why not. I wasn't new to Fitness when I joined and one of my 1st challenge quests was attending Crossfit 4x/week + start muay thai. I think you are overthinking this. Pick two diet quest and one fitness related and create your thread. You will learn more about this community and the challenges as you go.
  2. The stuff on that list are just examples. If have done them all already, you should come up with new ones that suit your goals.
  3. Day 2 Crossfit WOD AMRAP 14 8 High Power Clean @ 15kg 16 Assisted Pistols 400m run - Day 2 Crossfit didn't feel as awesome as day 1, sadly. The bar was heavier than usual and I absolutely hate running (even short distances). I managed to complete only three rounds.   5. Day 1 Crossfit WOD @ the Gym - AMRAP 12 30 double unders or 90 "single" unders 5 deadlift @ 56kgs - I am terrible at skipping rope, which slowed my progress A LOT on the WOD. I can jump 20 times straight before something happens and I have to stop and restart. I was way worse when I first started Crossfit, though, so yey for the improvement. Haha. Still, its is a long way until I master the double unders, so I asked my coach where I could buy a speed rope more suitable for my height (like the ones they have at the gym) and he said he would look it up and get back to me. - 56kgs i

  8. As a brazilian, I approve of this challenge. Capoeira is amazing and I used to practice it as a child, since it wasn't uncommon for it to be taught at schools. Reading and remembering/re-learning some of the moves' names made me all nostalgic. Subbed.
