What planet do you live on to where you stick up for "crossfit" when you get all your progress from power bodybuilding, up to and including dumbbell curls?

  6. That's too difficult as a goal because I am so fat and inflexible that I can't do a single rep of either of those. Me attempting situps looks like a pillbug rolling around on its back, just sweatier and with more crying. Pushups usually ends with me falling onto my fat, trying to do the pushup, failing, falling down again, then realizing my fat is comfortable and taking a nap on my face for a while. I did clean some things out though. I ate all of the chips in the house and resolved not to buy any more, and I'll try to leave the Captain Crunch alone for three days. Maybe I'll buy some fancy healthy whole grain cereal or something.

  8. Why would you do an all meat diet? Meat is very high in saturated fat. It'll make you fat and give you atherosclerosis.
  9. Hi guys, does anybody here battle with the problem of emotional eating? I currently am a fat sack of omega 6 fatty acids with vaguely human features, and part of the reason is because I have a problem with emotional binge eating. The other day I had an awful day at work, and I came home and shut the door to my apartment and started crying, and without even thinking about it I ate an entire package of double stuffed oreos. While crying. God I am a sh*tty human being, if I even count as a human being anymore. I'm pretty sure you need visible bone structure of some kind to count as a human being, don't you? Anyways, if anybody has any advice on how to deal with this problem please let me know. Is there somewhere to post weight loss logs on this site?
  10. Hi guys, I'm ZeroTwo! I chose this username because right now I'm fat like Kirby, and I inhale all of the food within a 20 mile radius. Starting stats: 5'10", 260 lbs. I am a great big fattie! A butter troll! I chose my avatar because I wanna be a slim sailor like Peter Pan, but I like Tinkerbell better. I'm experimenting with the paleo diet currently, and I recently signed up at the local crossfit gym. I'm sitting down to a plate of yummy paleo hash browns and thinking about how much weight I'm going to lose, I can't wait to get started! My hobbies mostly include reading a lot of manga and playing d&d.
