    Week 1, Day 4 (Wednesday): Goal 1 - Three meals? - Yep! Goal 2- Meal Prep - 2 out of 2. Goal 3 -Find one interesting recipe per week for meal prep: Done and posted above! Goal 4 - Drink Water - Yep! Did not drink quite as much as the day before but still got in at least 6 glasses.

    I'm just using a really boring one called Water Tracker. It has a really long load screen which I don't love but otherwise it tracks OK. There is no way to customize the reminders to drink (maybe if you pay for it? But if I was going to pay for something I'd get a prettier looking app.)

    Week 1, Day 3 (Tuesday): Goal 1 - Three meals? - Yep! 4 meals ish again actually. Goal 2- Meal Prep - 2 out of 2 so far still. MADE THE DIP! I DID THE THING! GO ME! Goal 3 -Find one interesting recipe per week for meal prep: Done and posted above! Goal 4 - Drink Water - Yep! I actually excelled at this. I decided to get a water tracking app to help me get this number up and it made me set a goal which I set to 8 glasses a day when my personal goal was even just getting to 6. I made it to 50 oz (just over 6, 8 oz glasses yesterday. Woot woot. Also it reminds me every now and then on my phone to drink so that is good. I may switch to one that has a loading screen that doesn't last as long and customizable alert times but so far so good! Also I laugh every time my phone pops up "DRINK! DRINK! DRINK!" (maybe it should specify it means water? lol)

    Week 1, Day 1 & Day 2 Round Up! Day 1 (Sunday): Goal 1 - Three meals? - Not exactly? It was stupidly hot this weekend and eating was just not happening. I ate a lot of tiny snacks throughout the day but I don't know if I got enough calories really. I suspect not but it was too hot to eat things other than icecream and fruit and cold vegetables. I did have a leftover boiled egg that I ate so yay protein? Goal 2- Meal Prep - 1 out of 2 so far. I need to actually make the second recipe. I did make myself actually cook one thing this weekend so I am pretty impressed with myself (IT WAS SO HOT WHYYYYY.) Goal 3 -Find one interesting recipe per week for meal prep: Done and posted above! I technically found it before the challenge started but I am so making that white bean rosemary lemon dip! I did not make it on the weekend because UGH MELTIIING but I have all the stuff and it should take me 30 min or less to make so it will happen!! Goal 4 - Drink Water - Tentative Yes. I have no idea if I succeeded at this on Sunday because my brain wasn't working but I did drink a lot because it was too hot to eat so? Day 2 (Monday): Goal 1 - Three meals? - Yep! Almost 4 meals really! (I split my caramel chicken and rice into lunch at lunch time and second lunch around 4pm so I would survive lifting at 6.) Goal 2- Meal Prep - 1 out of 2 so far still. Need to make myself make that dip tonight (Tuesday)! Goal 3 -Find one interesting recipe per week for meal prep: Done and posted above! Goal 4 - Drink Water - Yep!

    I'm still trying to figure out exact goals for this round but eating more is definitely something I need to start doing as I keep having not eating enough effect my ability to get in a quality lifting day. I keep not eating enough often because I am afraid eating will make me get chubby again/ make me not quite hit my body fat loss goals. VICIOUS CYCLE MY DUDES. Ideas for goals so far: Goal 1: Eat at least 3 meals per day. (Must include significant protein! ) Goal 2: Meal prep on weekends - must make or pre-prepare at least 2 different meals plus one substantial snack for the week (and individually put into containers so I can't get lazy about bringing it with me) Goal 3: Find at least one interesting recipe per week to include in meal prep to help me not fail at making myself eat. Post recipe here! Goal 4: DRINK MORE WATER (because I still suck at this.) Drink at least 3, 16 oz bottles per day MINIMUM (or six 8 oz glasses) Anywho, advice on some goals for this is appreciated as I am having trouble thinking of good week to week goals on this!! I've considered tracking more with MFP to make sure I am getting enough calories but counting calories makes me more tempted to intentionally under eat when really I am still losing fluff even when eating what I used to consider maintenance because I has teh muscles. All teh muscles! I also need to continue to never ever touch scales because those just bum me out. My trainer is like surely you must be down sub 150 you're looking a lot slimmer, but nah I weigh EXACTLY the same. I know that I don't usually actually lose numbers on a scale so I try not to let it get to me but it still does! (My trainer isn't trying to trigger weird body issues or anything, most people probably DO lose lbs easier than I do, and he has had to fight like hell to put on muscle because he's one of those naturally super skinny guys sooo yeah.) Anyway, this is rambly. TO THE DRAWING BOARD and I will update this as I think of things!
