Tomorrow my first Half. Severely undertrained and panicking. Any tips? I (think I) still want to try it.

When I did it, I was the same way. I kept a VERY slow jogging pace, which was about the same as my walking pace, but I wanted to brag that I jogged the entire thing. Put you head phones in and think about where the music is leading you. Now, after I was done, it felt like my insteps collapsed because of lack of support in my shoes. Also, stretch afterwards, even if you walk the whole thing. Your muscles will thank you later. If possible, get a massage (even if its just a foot/leg one), becaus...
