  1. Talked to First Shirt and she figured out that I wasn't eating enough to really keep up with what I do for training. So today, I started to eat more calories and I'm not as tired/weak/pathetic as I was last week. 30 Jun 2014 5 sets of boxing drills (8x right punch, right kick, left punch, left kick) 15 mins of colorguard warmup with 6lb bar 1 set boxing drills

  3. I've been so tired for the last week that I'm not sure why. Yesterday, I went to bed at about 1730 and crashed til 0600. And today I feel like I'm going to crash within a few mins This is going to be a bit TMI, but I think it has to do with my body trying to catch up after bleeding for two weeks. One of my coworkers gave me an iron pill but it didn't seem to help. Not sure what's up.

I can't rotate my arm much... It wasn't a joint pop, because those I'm used to and they don't hurt. This one.. Holy crap, i thought I was going to die But in good news, the pain reminded me that I want more tattoos and I think I finally decided what I want ^^
  6. Had to make up for yesterday's fiasco. Only had about 1100 cals and I still felt like I was full and sick to the brim. So I didn't work out. Had no desire to do anything yesterday, so it set my week off by a day, which is fine because the gym is less packed on the weekends. 18 June 2014: Hamstring Curl (30): 2x8 each side [i think its messing with my knees too much] Deadlift (Bar + 30 ES) Totally screwed it up: 4x6 Squat (Bar + 30 ES): 4x8 Closed Leg Squat (Bar + 15 ES): 4x10 Calf Raises (160): 5x8 Toy!   8. I always have weird, but not bad dreams when I eat before bed. I usually eat within the hour I go to bed, because I go to bed at about 1900 every night, so I can get up at 0400. Personally, I don't feel any different if I eat right before bed and waiting the 'magic 3 hours' that some onliners have suggested. I have noticed that if I do eat right before bed, then I'm not waking up starving and I can fast through my morning workout

  10. I usually have celery and sunflower butter. It's also my work snacks, so two for one!
  11. I live in Japan, and I today I did my exercise and food log in the morning. ^^ It helps that almost my entire shop in gym rats and they make fun of me if i don't go
  12. Went to my step-sister-brat's wedding in march and I got to do both of these... After drinking about 6 glasses of wine and kicking my one of my other sister's butt at jenga... ^^ Never play jenga against a ninja, a cat or an engineer. Traps were set and she killed the tower. For dancing, I do dances that I know, like waltz, slow dancing, cotton-eyed joe, cha-cha slide, cupid shuffle and that kinda stuff.Any of the other dancing, I avoid like the plague, which is how I find the older people to learn from them.

  17. That's why I haven't stabbed a guy when he pinned me to the door, trying to get under my clothes. But trust me when I say that elbows can be your best friend. You hit someone hard enough in the nose, it bleeds, hit them in the throat, they have to remember how to breathe and get them in the gut with a knee and they double over. Usually, I give a warning, unless I know it wouldn't stop them. In your case, it could have been, "Get away from me or you will be bleeding on the ground." That gets them to back up and back off if they needed the reality check. If they don't heed said warning, other people in the elevator could help step in. Just glad that it didn't escalate, and glad that you had keys ready just in case... Even if we shouldn't have that just in case idea.
