  1. I take an afternoon snack with me to work in the mornings. I make this thing: http://greatist.com/health/quinoa-breakfast-bake-healthy-recipe once a week and eat it at about 1400, when I start to get ADD and slumped. I've discovered that as long as it's been in the fridge overnight, it will last outside of fridge for most of the day. Then when it's time to OmNomNom, I pop it into the microwave for about a minute. It helps a lot with the sugar cravings and since it has egg and quinoa, it does have protein to help me ride out the afternoon and the fruit gives it a sugary zing.
  2. That makes sense. Cause I've heard from other people that it's lightly active because of the 1-2 hour workouts. Thank you!
  3. So, I'm trying to figure out how many calories I should be eating to lose weight. I know it's the BMR-500 per day to lose about a lbs a week. My question is when something like MFP says sedentary or lightly active, what do those really mean? I work out about 1-2 hours a day, but sit on my arse all day at work. So which one is it supposed to be?
  4. I prefer tankinis that have runches that help hide my jiggles. Since I'm bigger breasted, the HUGE thing I look for are the straps and do I show hella cleavage. I have to have tanktop straps, not halter top, because it starts to hurt after a while and it needs to cover over cleavage. There's only one store here, so that's all I get. I like being able to try stuff on and before I left the states, I used Kohls
  5. It's where my half my family is from, so it's where I get all my awesome qualities and a couple of the bad ones. ^^
  6. I've go through this exact same thing.. Maybe doing like the small meals (larger meals, if it's mostly veggies) every 2-3 hours helps. I know the body-building-bro in my shop does that because he loses so many calories because of how much he works out

      I put 2 inches of fresh jalapeno in it. It was so hot, I was sweating just trying to eat it

  8. Because I didn't stick with the goals after the 2nd week. I am realllllly lazy and that's part of what I need to overcome to make this work. If I can make it to outdoors, that's where I'll go. If not, I just walk to somewhere in town and back, as long as it's abut 3 miles away from my room

  10. So, this isn't my first challenge but the last one didn't go so well. So, I'm resetting and trying again. And look! I have motivation!   11. I shave til bare, but I also do it once a month after having my period (I know TMI, but whatever). I've learned that if I use Neosporin right after I shave, it doesn't get the little blister spots or whatever they are.

  13. In my personal experience, rotating between 1300-1600 cal works best for me. If I get under 1200, I feel sluggish and I fall asleep, but if I'm over 1600, I feel nausea. Listen to your body. I know people who eat hella more veggies than I do but get less cals.. As long as you get the nutrients you need, you should be fine

  18. Woo! Team Bigfoot! I hate buying shoes for that reason. Then again, I get to wear boots five days of the week and sneakers the other two. I think I own one pair of black flats as a just in case
  19. If you're really worried, don't wear them. I'm glad you're not like me and would run into walls without them. If you're only mildly worried, why not buy a strap for them? So when they get dirty, you hang them off your check and tuck them into your shirt.Though this is NOT advisable if you are low crawling under barbed wire
  20. I currently have four tats, but three are going to get covered. The first two were my very first tats. I've always been a sucker for duality/good and evil and that kinda stuff. So I asked my sis to draw me some wings and the picture was beautiful. Took it to the artist and I didn't know until he was done that he changed the style AND they weren't even straight and centered. (This is the only pic of me) So I've covering them with something like this as a full back piece: The second one I want covered was because I was swasted and didn't think it through all the way... It's a polar bear dream catcher on my upper right arm. That's getting replaced with something like this: \ or this: For the Tats I want to get... I'm excited for... Left Arm: Left Thigh, but as a sakura tree: And my right thigh I'm still up in the air about. For my limbs, I was going for an elemental look and my right thigh is air. I was thinking of getting a peacock, but I dunno yet
  21. I wish you the best of luck in both getting a job and starting your business. I know when I was looking at opening up my Tea Room, the city, county and state gov would actually help me get grant packages together to help me start. Never got to finish the process because AF picked me up first. But it might be able to help you out.

  23. I'm a Unicorn (Rhino)! Not really sure if I'm an introvert, but I know that offline, I'm shy unless I know you and will avoid people as much as possible. Part of my job is getting up in front of people to give a brief and oh my god.... I always have a panic attack before and during it. It was even worse when I worked at the magic shop trying to sell stuff. I just don't like talking to people and prefer to do stuff alone.
