Recieved a fitbit yesterday. Thought this would be a great way to track my fitness, sleep habits, calories and what not. Been working on recipe planning and trying to schedule my workouts during the week. It's hard to work around my busy schedule, but I will do everything I can to meet my goals.

6am this morning I attended my third crossfit class. I feel I am getting a better grasp on things. I still struggle a bit with form, but I know it takes time and repetition. I will get there. Today I am going through and taking inventory of everything I have in the kitchen and I am making sure I stock the place with nothing but whole fresh foods. I have been researching paleo recipes and I think I have a pretty good idea of what I want. This is going to be quite the educational journey!

I'm starting this challenge a little late, but better late than never. I have one year to train and get ready to tryout for and compete in American Ninja Warrior 2015. To help do this I recently joined a crossfit gym. Here are my main goals for this current 6 week challenge... * Attend every class without fail (5x a week) * overhaul my nutrition and eat clean (no exceptions) * Watch and study past ANW competitions My one personal quest during this 6 week challenge is... * get my garden started

Hello! I recently joined a Crossfit gym and plan on training to tryout and compete in the 2015 American Ninja Warrior season. It has been a long time dream for me and one I plan on making happen. While researching nutrition and crossfit and other methods of training, I discovered Nerd Fitness. I'm excited to learn as much as I can here. Thanks, FluidFreedom
