Was about 2 months before i saw noticeable change that's it. simple,

  6. Sometimes you have to hit a wall to realize you are going in the wrong direction. After a bit of soul searching, I am back with renewed determination. Have signed up at a 24/7 gym so there is no "the gym is closed" to stop me. Have new goals and a new drive to complete. I would say 'wish me luck' but I think we make our own.

Welcome back. Hopefully you learn from whatever mistakes you may have made in the past and do it better/smarter this time around. I know I have been since I respawned.

  9. in the middle of the night sometimes weird questions pop in my head. If corn oil comes from corn and olive oil comes from olives, where the heck does baby oil come from?

  10. I'm in. I feel the best fit for me is Lannister but willing to trade houses if balance is needed. My info is on the form now.
  11. After a failed attempt at my assassin training, I was forced to re-examine my plans. The present plan was obviously not working for me so I needed to find a new evolution. The simple Assassin had fallen, so I looked a bit further afield. It is only now that I have found my true path...
  12. Working on designing a Sith/Jedi workout regimen. Has anyone done anything like this? Would love any input

I would think yoga as warmup to become one with the force, then a selection of crossfit to show off your different lightsaber forms.

  13. Good luck on the challenge. I am sure you will rock it!
  14. Blackrose cut the edge of the envelope from the dead drop, looking over the details on the target. This was going to take some preparation. The only unsecured location the target was ever seen at was a fitness club. Patience and planning would be needed for this target. Time to start back with training and time to take it up a level. ~~~~~ Goals for this challenge: 100 pushups wearing 100 lb. weight vest 50 situps while wearing 100 lb. weight vest 30 minutes continuous run wearing 100 lb. weight vest
  15. Resolution for 2015: To be a better, stronger version of Me

  16. Just received a belated present from a friend..nice thick yoga mat...and it is even purple! :)

  17. He looked at the dark image on the screen and lowered his face a little. "We were not pleased that the details were not followed as we asked...but the target was delivered. As you are new to the profession, small slips can be overlooked...this time." Will nodded and smiled to himself. He has delivered the target, just not quite as planned. He needed more practice....
  18. (Goals for this challenge) (100 push-ups/Sit-ups in a single session) Pushups: Success! Situps: still a work in progress (improve free-running skills) Training progress on Kong and Side jumps Noticable improvement in both areas. (10 miles running, at least 3 times a week) (must be running, not walking) Can do it at a fast jog
  19. yes, spezzy, I know about the Austin group on FB. I am a member of the group. Just trying to find something closer to home.
  20. just checking in to see if I am the only NF in Waco. If not, feel free to get in touch and maybe we can set something up.
  21. New weigh in...down to 240 flat. Slowly but surely getting closer to my goal...

Great job, Will. Keep going with it.

  22. Will looked over the file from the dead drop, focusing on the detail of what they were wanting. This job was going to be harder. They wanted a clean kill in a public pace, but with no witnesses. That would require speed and subtly as well as just the right weapon. He began going over the options available to him and smiled as he came across the perfect method. He would need to practice for this one. Should not be too hard to get his speed up with this strike. The important part was the timing. A little practice and all should be in place.
  23. ok, so I am a bit lax on the "daily" part... (Goals for this challenge) (100 push-ups/Sit-ups in a single session) Currently at 2 sets of 50 (improve free-running skills) Training progress on Kong and Side jumps Kong is becoming easier, side jumps are getting smoother and faster (10 miles running, at least 3 times a week) (must be running, not walking) Can do it at a fast job now
  24. William smiled as he looked over his latest email from his handler. They were impressed with the patience he had shown in removing his first mark and were ready for him to move forward. The next one they wanted him closer though. They wanted to see how he could do if he had to be close up with the hit. His handler told him the information would be dead-dropped within a day or two and he would be sent the location. He knew that this one would take more subtly. Now all he had to do was wait. (Goals for this challenge) (100 push-ups/Sit-ups in a single session) Currently at 4 sets of 25 (improve free-running skills) Training progress on Kong and Side jumps Training on Wall Run and Cat (10 miles running, at least 3 times a week) (must be running, not walking) Can do it walking, but running still a challenge
  25. Down to 250 lbs as of yesterday weigh-in. A little progress is a great motivator!
