Hi everyone, sorry for the absence!
ComicCon was awesome!! I ate as well as can be expected but did slip up on the sugar a little bit, but didnt binge so that was great. My biggest downfall was alcohol...
Most importantly I had a great time with some great friends, earned some money and created a new LARP character So I need a name for my new character!! Suggestions greatly appreciated. She is a perky, silly young elf who like to be silly.
Well back to reality I guess ; ;
Gym tomorrow :)
The manga I am reading is Rosario Vampire, a very cheesy high school romance one.

Still no sugar, will be a week without it on Thursday.
I went to ShBam yesterday but wont be going to the gym now until next Wednesday Too hard with the travel. I will make sure I wear my fitbit for the four days away.
I have also packed myself snacks ect for the road trip~!
As far as my life goal goes...yesterday I spent time with my family and tonight I am going to bed to read a new Manga which should be fun.

Hey sweetness how did you're week go?

Weekly Round Up!!
Food-
*Start logging my food Monday to Friday, so I can be accountable
Logged probably half the days this week, but I did give it a fair effort even over my birthday.Need to try and do this more!
*Remove Gluten from my diet completely
I believe I did this
*Quit sugar between Monday and Friday
So I have not had sugar since Thursday including this weekend...only 5 weeks to go ....
Exercise-
*Sh’Bam (dance class) twice a week
Did it and LOVED it!
*Swordcraft (LARP) on Fridays
Missed this week, I really needed a break
*Work up to exercising 2 other days a week-preferably strength based work outs
Nope...
*Start tracking steps again
I remembered probably two days...bit of a fail this week
Life-
*Get involved-Dance more, go out more, read more, play more, hang out with my kids more, make new friends, connect with old friends-Just go and do!!
*I want to be able to put down something I have done to ‘get involved’ every day for the duration
So this week I have read two new manga, sent messages to friends, organized to out in a few weeks, spent time with my niece and watch over half a season of SVU and the new episode of Dr. Who. As well as this I went and got a costume ready for OZCC in Sydney which I'll be working at next week.
The week ahead...
The biggest challenges this week are that I am away of OZCC in Sydney from Thurs-Mon. A long car ride and nothing but take out potions for 4-5 days may not bode well

pure that cake looks amazing! You can so be my triplet
I agree trying to go sugar free for all the days is probably a good idea - the cravings will keep hitting you every Monday otherwise. It's tough, for sure, but more worth it in the end (plus your sanctimoniousness level will be way higher after a month off sugar!)
My tips, from previous experience: don't use fake sugars including stevia, they taste gross and too sweet anyway. Find veggies you like to snack on and go crazy with them every time you think you're hungry and/or want a sugary snack (this helps avoid bingeing on fruit or nuts, both of which are a bad thing in large quantities. Finally, tell the people in your life what you're up to, so they can (hopefully) be supportive and not unknowingly make life harder by offering you biscuits and such.
My two (or twenty) cents!I'm doing it all for the sanctimoniousness level!! But yes I think I'm going to attempt to cut out sugar on weekends as well
-
how are you gpoing with your goals now that the work week is nearly over?
-
You seem to be going well
What did you do for your personhood today?
-
Well anyone who wants to add me let me know and I'll pm you my email
So as far as an update yesterday and today went as terribly as you can expect with it being my birthday. Didn't do much as my sister is due with her baby any day, just a nice family dinner.
I think I've eaten a whole cheese cake in the last two days and I regret nothing...Cheesecake is my fav and I havent had it since my diagnosis so mummy made me a gluten free one!!!!
I got to the gym tonight and did a shbam class but I know its not enough to make up for the cheesecake binge. Ah well you only turn 27 once
I've been thinking about my sugar habits and think that after i finish my cheese cake that I should try and go sugar free the rest of the challenge rather than just during the week...5 days is enough to get the cravings out of my system but the come the weekends and BAM back into the habit and then back into cravings... anyone else gone that long before?

Social Workers are the best LARP is awesome and seriously dont feel held back by size. At the one I attended there are people of all ages/gender/ethnicity/fitness levels! its a real mixed bag and totally awesome
Which Fitbit are you using?
Also, hello!
JOTHRA IS BACK!!!!! yay Also I'm using an old fitbit one
Hey fellow Melbournian, finally got around to checking out your thread!
I've wanted to LARP for ages, my partner used to do World of Darkness back in the day. Now, finding the time may be next to impossible, at least until the little one is old enough to do it with us! (She will be a nerd, she doesn't stand a chance lol)
I'm part of a group called Swordcraft, look into it they have a website and FB page and has upto 400 people a night when the weather is good.
I know in the summer a lot of people bring their kids down to watch because they love seeing all the costumes
Hey!
You're like my older twin on the other side of Aus or something >.>
And, I missed the fitbit thing. If you want to add each other let me know.
If you do go to NZ, definitely do Hobbiton. It was absolutely gorgeous and tiny things so cute.
The Sackville cider they sell there is delicious too.
And all of NZ is pretty anyway. I want to go back there
Haha funny you say that because the chick who replied under you is my twin
I would love to add fitbit friend but I dont know how :S anyone care to let me know??
Will give my update after the gym this evening...logn story short: Quiting sugar this week is probably not gonna happen....

I think I am doing the best at my life goal this time round. My days seem filled with socializing, learning and having fun which is really lovely!!
Need to rethink my ftiness routine as I have a lot on in the coming weeks. I signed up for a four week make up course so cant do Shbam on Wednesdays for the next month
I am signed up for the colour run in November so might start a c25k program so I'm not totally useless haha
Plan for the week...
Monday- go for a walk/run in the morning
Tuesday- Will start a body weight routine I've found
Wed- another walk/run and y make up course
Thursday- day 2 of the strength routine
Fri-Swordcraft
Saturday-day three of the strength routine
Sunday-rest, get ready for the next week!!
Elody is pretty. Will need to continue contemplating.
No themed drinks just a bottle of tquilla with friends haha
Well I'm off to get my lunches ready!!
