  1. Haven't done my routine all that much, just a few of the exercises here and there. But I'm getting closer to the full day.
  2. Okay so for the first day of the challenge I'd grade my self with a : meh I was unable to complete the morning workout and the sleep time due to being late this morning. But the afternoon workout was successful.

Hi guys, Yea I like that in people Lost, I get nerdy in a lot of ways, mainly I'm a huge book worm and love comics, but right now I primarily focus on science and math because I like to understand and learn. As for your question Mordsithwithoutleather, I like both, along with a physical brawl. They all leave me feeling accomplished .
  4. My first challenge will be the hardest thing I have had to do in the past. Do a specific set of tasks everyday. Missions: #1-Morning workout/stretch. I would say this is the best time to get your blood moving and your limbs limber. Routine- 15 minutes of any stretch or yoga routine followed by 50 Push Ups, 50 Sit Ups, 50 Dips, 50 Squats, and 4 sets of 10 Hanging Leg Raises 10 second rests in between. Beyond that 5 minutes of Jumping Rope and a 2 minute cold shower. #2- Night workout. A light stretch and then the same as the morning routine, but for both add 5 reps for anything that gets too easy. #3-Sleep. I spend too many late nights working. I will sleep a full 8 hours every night for the challenge. 8pm-4am I hope I kept it short enough. This is the scaled back version of the routine I practiced when I was at my best. BL
  5. Hello. My name is Barney. I'm simple guy. I like a good row, and I love a good question. I've been fighting since I could throw a punch, never very good with systems unfortunately. I am currently working out 3-4 days out of the week just to stay in shape. Not sure where I'm going but the best place to look, I figure, is amongst interesting people, so I am here. I prefer straight forwardness, so I have left this as a draft of some things I wanted to share. P.S. The title is a Hemingway quote. V/r BLat
