  3. I'm 60! almost 61. I wonder why I ever feared this number? For the first time I feel a bit slower which is why Im here. No more coasting on good genes.
  4. Hi Fellow 60! I turned 60 last October with a week long horseback trek in Spain. Who'd a thunk 60 could be so great? However I've seriously fallen off excersize since. Back on track now. I am a NEW Newbie :-)
  5. Every REAL person connection helps tremendously! I just completed my first workout. The cool down was the hardest :-( I am not flexible. How can we measure this as I AM going to improve flexibility!
  6. YEAH more live response THANK YOU. This is just what decided on for starts. Where do I go for a daily Team/group to report to? The sign up sheet was confusing. I signed but then what?
  7. Ive got it all: P90X, TRX, Gym memberships, home gym. What I don't have is motivation. Lets do it! Everyone envies my body, but I know I am WAY OFF my fitness level, and have naturally great looking genes. I cant run far, cant lift, breath is shallow. Ive been able to get away with little exercise and maintain looking great. I want to really feel great again and lift the age related/no excersize body sag I am starting to see. I am about 115 lbs, want to get back to 120+. Eating doesn't work, muscle building does for me, but WHICH routine?
  8. Love to hear from others who need to gain weight. I'm naturally thin and look great when muscled, like a skinny old lady when not. I am 60 and feeling "not." Where do I go to check in with those like me? Female especially. Physical Goals: Gain 5 pounds Workout 6 days/week Keep balanced more Paleo like diet. Plan ahead. Other: More face to face time, less computer
